Derek Dun was great! i've used service champions several times. All the plumbers are real good. I've had the pleasure to deal with Derek twice now for a problem with my toilet. He showed up on time and fixed the problem quickly and professionally. He was also kind, easy to talk to and friendly. It's because of the service and quality Derek provided that I would recommend Service Champion and I would use them again! heck ya!!

Called to get a new water heater, mine was leaking. Person who came out was great but price was not, I thought it was much too high. Asked for breakdown of labor and materials, said he couldn't provide that. Interesting? And, for that price Service Champions could not install a new unit the next day.
So I called Home Depot and had a price within 10 minutes. Roughly $1400 less. The HD's Rheem unit is not as good as Service Champions Bradford White, but for $1400 less it confirmed my concerns about Service Champions price. Called a local plumber, he could install a Bradford White the next morning for HD price. Not completely comparable, expect Service Champions unit had better features, but I don't need fancy just a water heater.
And yes I paid $20 even though I pay $19 a month.
I feel like Service Champions is using excellent service to charge higher prices, much higher prices. But that's just my feelings!

It is hard to only give Service Champions 5 Stars. I have their yearly service where they come check my house twice a year. They had recommended I change my ducts due to my old ducts having asbestos and old and not connected. Service Champions price was high so I decided to go the cheap route and have another cheaper company due my ducts, 8 months later and my furnace doesn't work. Service Champions came and showed me how my ducts were never changed and now I have a ruined Furnace. Well Service Champions came through, they fixed my ducts and got me a new furnace, they are AMAZING. The whole crew from Angel, Matt, Ricardo, and Jon were all absolutely superb. They came in and were respectful of my house and my children, they worked late for multiple days to get my house in proper order and up to code. Can't thank the team enough!

We called Service Champions to came out to house to assess our water heater we were having issues with . Saul the plumber did the assessment, he was very polite and knowledgeable regarding reviewing and understanding our concerns. He went in great detail regarding our options and we decided to hire Service Champions to do the water heater replacement.

They came out to assess my water heater. After Miguel checked it over and his teammate went under the house they gave me a proposal for work. Of course this visit was $20 (even though I pay $19 monthly for their maintenance service). I noticed today that the cover to the outside entry was not replaced. I will now have to wait and somehow check to be sure at of the feral cats or opossums from the area aren't camping under the house. How inconsiderate. I can't get down there to crawl under the house to check. Makes me reconsider my annual service plan.

Since my review Service Champions got in touch with me. I appreciate their commitment to service and wanted to update my review. They scheduled for Miguel to return and close up the access point. Miguel also got under the house to make sure something furry hadn't taken up residence. Thank you Service Champions for following up and resolving the situation beyond my expectations.

I just used this company to replace a toilet and they did outstanding work for a reasonable price. Also 2 of the nicest guys you'd ever want to meet. I'll not hesitate to make them my go-to plumbers.

Don't contact Service Champions if you are a tenant and not a property owner. We have been without heat for weeks and are still waiting for them to show up. We were initially told they could not even make the appointment until they confirmed approval from our landlord, which they did. We then made our appointment and made sure they had our contact information for the day of the appointment. Fast-forward two weeks to the day of our appointment. No one at Service Champions read the notes and instead contacted our landlord for approval AGAIN, but since our landlord lives several hours away he told them he wasn't available. Service Champions then cancelled our appointment and sent their technician to the next appointment. I spent 25 minutes on the phone with them on vacation from another country trying to sort it out for my roommate back home. We then were given a later time slot and are currently waiting and hoping they actually show up. This company is an unorganized mess and completely unreliable. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.

We had our annual furnace inspection and cleaning this week. The technician, Sophanna Chan, recommended that two parts be replaced and with our approval secured the parts within an hour and installed them quickly and efficiently. The furnace works great and we are extremely satisfied with the work done by Chan. He is an asset to the company. Before leaving he offered to do any chore we might need done as is their policy. Service Champions has provided us with service (plumbing and HVAC) a number of times and we have been very pleased with the work completed and the value for our money.
