Would like to recognize Brian Digirolamo of Service Champions for his recent AC tune up and repair. Service Champions are true to their word about going that extra mile, and Brian is no exception. He stayed as long as was necessary to complete the job, way beyond his regular work hours. He's friendly and professional and willing to go above and beyond the call of duty to ensure full customer satisfaction. I recommend him and Service Champions very highly.

Omar came out and did a fantastic job cleaning up the AC and replacing the motor capacitor, but my concerns with how the pricing is done for repairs is still a concern and was not addressed...
I understand the lifetime coverage on parts replaced under warranty and is fantastic, but when the initial cost is 40 or 10 times the cost of the actual part it isn't cost effective. Regardless of training and new vehicles part of the cost...
I really look forward to working with John Hoven and my new system as I know they do a good job, but the price will determine the system purchase...

WOW!!! This is by far the best company I ever got to work with to fix my air conditioning. But most importantly the service I received was one-of-a-kind. The most professional, courteous team were at my home, worked their AC magic and left my home spotless. Juan Ladino sure knows his stuff and I can't say enough about Frank Speer making things so easy to understand as to what we needed done. Steve did the maintenance for our 2 AC units and just one of the nicest person to talk to. We call Steve our new best friend .

We have been Service Champion customers since buying our house in 2015. I definitely, like the respectfulness and care of their technicians take in our semi annual check ups. Recently, had some work done to our ducts, as a company they were committed to us as customers. Not just in providing excellent craftsmanship but also on a personal level. It was important to them, that we were comfortable and happy with the process.

Lim pang,has been out 3 times.eachtime he was wonderful. He always explained everything to us. Always put mat down, worn booties over shoes. Was always on time. Always have us choices. called them for the $77 ac tune up special before summer and Ryan Le came out on time. He spent over 2 hours cleaning the condenser and also inspecting my furnace. even climbed into the hot attic to check the duct. very courteous and thorough. went above and beyond to explain everything to me. even did a good deed of vacuuming my dryer vent. would highly recommend this company and especially Ryan!

Service champions is great. I had Ryan Le come out this week and check/tune up my AC to get it ready for summer. I think he spent more time here than normal because we grew up in the same town and did a lot of chatting. Whether it's Ryan or any of the other guys, I highly recommend Service Champions.

I have been a customer of Service Champions for several years and they consistently give top notch service. They service my unit twice a year and every technician that arrives is smiling, polite and very knowledgeable. They make getting AC service a pleasure! Most recently, two technicians came, Brian Digirolamo and Omar Estrada and they were great!

I am very satisfied with Service Champions. Having subscribed to the monthly plan, they come out once a year to service and maintain the air conditioner unit and furnace. Frank did a great job in cleaning the condenser and making sure that everything about the air conditioner system is in optimal shape. If it is going to be a long, hot summer, I want to be prepared for it. Thanks Frank.
