We were visiting our vacation home and had a plumbing issue with the guest bath. Found Servant Plumbing on Yelp by reading all of their excellent reviews. The communication with the owner was quick and comprehensive . He sent out Marcus on Saturday before we had to leave. Marcus was polite, knowledgeable, and neat. The job was done well and we are very pleased. I will continue to use this company for all our plumbing needs and I highly recommend them.

Called Servant Plumbing at 6pm on Christmas eve. We had a bathtub with the water stuck in the full """"on"""" position, so the whole house water had to be turned off. Louie came out to our house around 7:30p that night and installed a new Moen positemp cartridge ... problem solved. We would have had to have waited 2 more days (with no water) to get it repaired by another company. Great service to say the least .. highly recommend!

I'm so grateful for Servant Plumbing. They are super responsive (leave a message and they'll call you back within 15 min, 24 hrs a day) and always get you in their schedule as quickly as possible. Marcus has been our plumber and has helped us replace a pipe and on a different occasion, came within 45 min of me calling when we had experienced a leak (our house has old pipes). Couldn't recommend them enough!

Had a problem with slow draining commode in powder room. Called at 12:30 and Josh said he have a tech there between 2-4pm that day. Mike arrived at 2:05pm and problem was resolved by 2:25pm. Personable & thorough service. Well done!

This is my 2nd 5 star review of Servant Plumbing because they are so good! If you need a plumber in the Charleston, SC area, I HIGHLY recommend Servant Plumbing. There is never an issue with them coming out when needed (we used them twice now and they came out SAME DAY) and the management and service technicians are top notch! They really care about the customer and go the extra mile to provide quality service. It is not easy finding trustworthy and reliable companies, but we will be using Servant Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs in the future!

Mike from Servant Plumbing got back to me within 30 minutes and set up a same day appointment for this afternoon. We had a clogged bathtub drain from a combination of beach sand and hair. 10 minutes later he was done! The price was OK. I will be calling them again whenever needed!

We used Servant Plumbing for the second time today and I can not say enough good things about this company. When you have to call someone for a plumbing repair, 99% of the time it is a negative situation that is urgent and stressful. Servant Plumbing turns a negative situation into a positive one. This time we had a toilet leak which was not urgent, but we needed it done. Within 3 hours of calling them first thing on a Monday morning, the job was completed and the technician was pulling away from the house. There was a quick response, great communication, a friendly, enthusiastic employee, a reasonable quote of the charges before the work was started, and the job was quickly done the right way, to include cleaning up. I would highly recommend Servant Plumbing for any repair or renovation job you have. You will not be sorry. Outstanding company, great service, and their company name is not just a name. It is the way they do business.

I can't rave enough about Servant Plumbing. I called them on a Monday afternoon around 3pm after dealing with a backed up sink and garbage disposal all morning, then realizing that our drain line to the washing machine was spitting out water everywhere. Needless to say I was stressed. I actually looked on Yelp for a plumber. I sent out quotes and called a few people. I was a little disappointed to hear that it was going to cost at least $60 for someone to come out. I saw that Servant offered a free estimate so I called them. They said they billed by the job (I'm guessing instead of by the hour). An hour later he was here fixing our plumbing. I forget the name of the Tech who came out. He went under house and found the problem. It was bit harder than we all expected. It's now Thursday and (knock on wood) we haven't had any issues. In total it costs $300 to fix. I am happy it's fixed. It was definitely not something we could have done ourselves. We will definitely be using Servant Plumbing again!

I found Servant Plumbing in a Facebook recommendation group, and quickly came to Yelp to verify the reviews. This plumbing service is truly five-star. I knew my garbage disposal was on its last legs, and it developed a leak rendering my double kitchen sink useless. Another company put me on their schedule for the next day. Fair enough as my request was not a true emergency. However, as any busy adult knows, the prospect of washing dishes in a bathroom sink until your garbage disposal is fixed is not inviting. The sooner it's repaired or replaced, the better. Josh responded to my call quickly--within 10 minutes. He put me on the schedule same day understanding my emergent non-emergency. He provided a courtesy call when he left he job before mine so I knew when to expect him. He and his apprentice were kind and courteous, and they quickly diagnosed my original disposal dead on the scene. He had a brand name model in stock and had it installed in less than an hour. I am sure as a homeowner I could have purchased and installed a replacement disposal on my own to save some money, but it would have taken me an entire Saturday or more! I decided to stay in my lane and leave this up to the experts. I was charged a fair price, the work and parts are warrantied for two years. No complaints, and I found my go-to plumber. You will, too, if you call Servant Plumbing today.

Joshua did an emergency repair for me, a major sewage line backup at one of my family's rental properties. He did it with me 3,000 miles away, my sister in the hospital, and me super stressed out. Our mom passed away last year and I swear, the very second the deed gets transferred in my sister's name, her tenant calls upset: both toilets and her tub were backed up with sewage, and they had no way to take a shower. I originally gave him 4 stars, because he forgot to email me the invoice, which I need for tax & reimbursement purposes, as well as the 25% new customer discount that was advertised on Yelp. However, I bumped him back up to 5 stars because as soon as he became aware of this, he addressed it immediately. All I had to do was let him know! He did everything he could to make sure I was happy. It was a big job, so I appreciated getting $300+ back on my credit card, and not long after letting him know. I'll use him again.
