Joshua did an emergency repair for me, a major sewage line backup at one of my family's rental properties. He did it with me 3,000 miles away, my sister in the hospital, and me super stressed out. Our mom passed away last year and I swear, the very second the deed gets transferred in my sister's name, her tenant calls upset: both toilets and her tub were backed up with sewage, and they had no way to take a shower. I originally gave him 4 stars, because he forgot to email me the invoice, which I need for tax & reimbursement purposes, as well as the 25% new customer discount that was advertised on Yelp. However, I bumped him back up to 5 stars because as soon as he became aware of this, he addressed it immediately. All I had to do was let him know! He did everything he could to make sure I was happy. It was a big job, so I appreciated getting $300+ back on my credit card, and not long after letting him know. I'll use him again.

I wanted to give Servant Plumbing, Marcus and Dannielle a 5 star review. My wife and I discovered Sunday night that our two 12 year old tankless hot water heaters would not ignite so first thing Monday morning I call Servant Plumbing. Dannielle was awesome and had me on the books for mid-day That same day. Marcus arrived on time and did a thorough troubleshooting inspection. Explained my options, checked in stock availability on replacement units and returned the following Wednesday to replace units. The customer service and workmanship was excellent. Wow! Fast, friendly and beyond helpful. Responded in less than time quoted when I first called and left message for service. Jay and Randall showed up quickly and were able to find the water main, fix the problem quickly with a smile and laugh which we needed today after the line was broken! A competent, honest plumber is a rare breed, and I think I have just found one here in the Charleston area. Our home had some cheap plastic valves from the builder and we were having leaks and failed faucets. Our kitchen disposal also required replacement. We called Louis and got an appt the next day. Josh came the next day, evaluated our needs, and made us a very reasonable offer to upgrade our plumbing and replace the disposal. He also gave us a great deal on installing some new faucets while doing the job. He set up another appt to complete the work just days later to give us time to purchase our new fixtures. He was prompt, did good work, and the price was exactly what we negotiated. I know who to call for my next plumbing need!

The repair person showed up at my home and quoted me over $500.00 for a job that another local plumber ended up charging approximately $150.00 for. (Basic Leak from a pipe under the kitchen sink, It was nothing more than PCV pipe that had become worn and needed replacing.) The technician was nice and seemed professional however he reminded me of the used car salesman that quotes you a ridiculous price and then tries to determine if you'll fall for it or not. I thanked him for his time but opted for another local plumber. It was disappointing that they couldn't or didn't offer more competitive rates. (They offer free quotes & arrived in a reasonable amount of time.)

Called Servant Plumbing at 6pm on Christmas eve. We had a bathtub with the water stuck in the full """"on"""" position, so the whole house water had to be turned off. Louie came out to our house around 7:30p that night and installed a new Moen positemp cartridge ... problem solved. We would have had to have waited 2 more days (with no water) to get it repaired by another company. Great service to say the least .. highly recommend!

I had a leak in my kitchen faucet causing a flood of standing water under the sink. I called this morning and received a call back in 10 minutes. Incredible service! He made checked that it was not just a loose connection, and recommended that I get a new faucet before the technician arrived so I wouldn't need someone to come out twice. Jay called to let me know he was on the way, assessed the situation efficiently, and was able to replace the faucet immediately. I received a follow-up text a few hours later. This company is truly outstanding!

LOVE! LOVE! LOVE! SERVANT PLUMBING. I needed to replace my hot water heater and it was in the worst possible place (upstairs attic). I feared the worst. They were referred to me and I called them and received a phone call back in less then 10 minutes. They were so professional and I could not beat the service. The job was completed the next day at a very fair price and they were amazing. They even loved my dogs HaHa! Would recommend them for any plumbing needs!!! Thank you again.

The guy that answers the phones, Louis the Plumber, is awesome. I met him when he came out to do work at my restaurant years ago. Since then he's done work at my house and I've recommended him to a bunch of people. This is the number 1 rated company on Angie's List. The last job these guys did for me was a new sink install. Josh, their service man, did it. If you call these guys you'll get a call right back.
