We had a clog of unknown origin and were getting worried that we would be the guys with a backhoe in our front yard and the huge bill to go with it. We found these guys on yelp and couldn't believe the reviews. Nevertheless, we called and they called us back in seven (7) minutes. They offered to come out that night, but we said it could wait, so we made an appointment for the next day at three. I was shocked to hear a knock on the door at a few minutes prior to 3, and it was a well dressed, well spoken professional plumber. He listened to my problem and then proceeded to diagnose it. Turns out we had roots growing into a poorly done prior repair. He dug it up, cleaned out the problem and prepped it for a proper fix. He hand dug it in less than hour! I was breaking a sweat just watching him work. He put in a proper clean out and put everything back in its place. Well done and superb! Oh, he cleaned out the trap for the shower for no charge. Whole deal was extremely fair priced. Definitely use these guys again.

This group of professionals is exactly that. They define what exemplary service and communication are and I would recommend them for any plumbing need or want at any time. They called me back within a few minutes and went out of their way to fit me in. Always super polite and the work is outstanding! They fixed every issue and I know everything is fixed to last. My only wish is that they offered other construction services so I could hire them for everything!

Wow! Fast, friendly and beyond helpful. Responded in less than time quoted when I first called and left message for service. Jay and Randall showed up quickly and were able to find the water main, fix the problem quickly with a smile and laugh which we needed today after the line was broken! Josh, from Servant Plumbing, replaced two of my toilets. He was professional, efficient, prompt and a pleasure to do business with. Servant, as a company, was very responsive and dedicated to customer satisfaction. I really don't want more plumbing problems but if I do have more Servant Plumbing will be the ones I call.

These guys are awesome! I found them on yelp (honestly I called because I couldn't believe Jerry's review below about the 15 minute call back). I thought for sure he had to be a friend posting for them. 15 minutes if it's not an answering service? Sure enough... 6 minutes! It wasn't some scheduler calling either, it was Josh the person that actually came and did the job. I asked him for my best case and worst case scenarios price wise over the phone and my bill wasn't a penny over what he quoted when he came out 2 days later (my garbage disposal did decide it was time for retirement). Josh was awesome! Clean, quick, courteous. Louie (pretty sure this is the owner from the below posts?) even called today to check and make sure all was well with the product and service. I got the impression this was a small shop (only a few guys) I'm not sure where they are finding the time in the day for this epic level of customer service! I will for sure be calling them again and referring them to friends! Impressed!

We were visiting our vacation home and had a plumbing issue with the guest bath. Found Servant Plumbing on Yelp by reading all of their excellent reviews. The communication with the owner was quick and comprehensive . He sent out Marcus on Saturday before we had to leave. Marcus was polite, knowledgeable, and neat. The job was done well and we are very pleased. I will continue to use this company for all our plumbing needs and I highly recommend them.

When Louie says on his recording that he promises to get back to you within fifteen minutes, expect a call within fifteen minutes. And that's just how these guys work. They do what they say they are going to do. I woke up at 6:00 a.m. to find a 16 year old water heater leaking all over. Cut the water, cut the power, started it draining and called theses guys. Josh was pulling out of my driveway before 3:00 p.m. leaving behind a brand new water heater and a very satisfied customer.

Based on the reviews, I contacted them at 6:45 this morning and he was out here before 8am. He was so professional and knowledgeable and was able to pinpoint the problem and fix it immediately. This company will be my go to for any plumbing needs in the future

23 minutes from authorization until completion, $275 for a toilet fill valve and a supply valve (about $25 ? parts at Lowes). Never again!
