In today's crazy world, it's hard to find reliable, honest, hard working folks. I was initially drawn to the name of the company and glad I called. The young man with Servant took on a tough job with a smile on his face and finished strong. Up-front pricing, professionalism, and pride in their work is what sets this company apart. It's almost as if this company doesn't know the rest of the world has gone nuts and you can't find good help with any problem. If you need a plumber, don't overthink...just call these guys and know it'll get done right and with great pricing. I'd give them ten stars if I could.....

Josh, from Servant Plumbing, replaced two of my toilets. He was professional, efficient, prompt and a pleasure to do business with. Servant, as a company, was very responsive and dedicated to customer satisfaction. I really don't want more plumbing problems but if I do have more Servant Plumbing will be the ones I call.

The repair person showed up at my home and quoted me over $500.00 for a job that another local plumber ended up charging approximately $150.00 for. (Basic Leak from a pipe under the kitchen sink, It was nothing more than PCV pipe that had become worn and needed replacing.) The technician was nice and seemed professional however he reminded me of the used car salesman that quotes you a ridiculous price and then tries to determine if you'll fall for it or not. I thanked him for his time but opted for another local plumber. It was disappointing that they couldn't or didn't offer more competitive rates. (They offer free quotes & arrived in a reasonable amount of time.)

Josh from New Jersey was my tech and he was awesome from the beginning. I had issues with a shower that would back up when washer drained, and he the next day he was back with his camera and snake to troubleshoot my issues. I had some questions about future repairs and owner was easily reachable and easy to work with. Look forward to using their services for future

They answered the phone quickly and were able to come to the house the very next day. They showed up on time and Mike was extremely friendly and was able to poke my gas line through the deck and mount it on top. Would've been a 5-star but the pricing seemed a bit high for 30 minutes worth of work. Wish they had a standard rate and not picking a number from a hat. I've dealt with plenty of service folks before and I have no problem recommending Servant Plumbing.

My day started out pretty terrible. A clogged toilet, which I thought I had managed by plunging, then walked away from, overflowed, then began to leak through the ceiling of the floor below. Nightmare, right? At 8:00am, I called Servant Plumbing and left a message. Twenty minutes later, I received a call back that someone would be out to see me between 9 and 10:00am. Alright, feeling better. At 9:15, Marcus called to let me know he was around 15 minutes away, and I told him where to park. He arrived about 20 minutes later. Now, I had turned the water off, so the nightmare was basically under control. We had cleaned up the water, and it had stopped dripping through the ceiling. All that was left was for Marcus to work his magic. Which he did, in about 5minutes. He augered the toilet, wrote up the invoice, and did it all while being pleasant and friendly-- yes, the man whistled, and yes, it was charming. All told, I will gladly return to Servant Plumbing for my next plumbing needs, and I will happily recommend them to anyone else in the Charleston/Mt Pleasant area.

I called late morning and Mike was able to get me on the schedule the same day. Marcus came and opened the kitchen ceiling to find a leak caused by air conditioning condensation. Mike and Marcus were friendly, courteous and professional! It made this repair a lot easier, especially since I was calling from 3,000 miles away.
