Response time was excellent and answering questions about their products. Pricing is affordable and staff was kind and polite. They had installation available on a Saturday which was perfect for our working schedule.
Mark was our installer and he was wonderful. Polite, kind, efficient and helpful. He walked us through the newly installed water softener/conditioner to make sue we didn't have any questions. He tested the water in our current RO system to make sure it was good too.
The only reason I didn't give a 5 was because of the ""fishy"" smell that was coming out of our faucets' hot water after the installation. No one had mentioned that we might experience that before the first few regenerations so we were a bit worried over the weekend until I called on Monday. We ran a few manual regenerations on the softener and the smell has improved. Overall a great experience.

I would like to acknowledge Nick who came to assess the status of our broken water softener, which happened to be about 12-13 years old. He was prompt, courteous and friendly. Nick provided great info on why the softener broke down and was thorough in giving us our options. After choosing Option 2, Nick installed the unit right away. The price of the unit was very reasonable. He went over the functions thoroughly and checked that the softener was actually working. Nick even checked the toilet tanks to flush away any residual resin. It's been 5 days now and we are enjoying the soft Water!! Thank you Nick and Serv-All Water Conditioning!! I would highly recommend Serv-All and their units!!
