My 27-year-old water softener died so I called the number of my former repair service only to find that they were out of business, but Serv-All had assumed their customers. I made an appointment for the next day and then I immediately researched them on line. They are a local family owned and operated business with very good reviews. The next day they showed up on time, and I got the bad news, they could fix it, but due to its age they could not guarantee the work due to its age. The person who arrived was a technician named Nick and not a salesman. We chatted for a few minutes, and he really was knowledgeable about my old water softener and was not surprised it lasted 27 years. He told me they offered 3 systems, and he recommended one that has high reliability, very efficient and simple to use. After hearing the price, it was much cheaper than several of my neighbors paid for a similar unit (just a softener). So, I agreed, and he set to work. As he began taking the old unit down. I ran over to my computer and checked the reviews for the brand softener he recommended (which was the cheapest of the 3) and it checked out as a 4.5 out of 5 with most of the reviews less than 5 were about problems with the installation (not Serv-All) and the reviews also backed up what he told me about the quality and ease of use. I was impressed with how fast Nick was able to change out the softeners. You could tell he'd done hundreds of these (or more). He paid attention to the little things like proper hose length, and minimizing the amount of space used since the garage is rather small. The quality of the install was top notch, the lack of high pressure sales, his knowledge of the equipment all gave me the feeling of this was a good purchase with no buyer's remorse. Now would the softener work as promised. I waited a week before writing this review to see how it worked and just as Nick said, soft water in about 2 days. No complaints. I'd recommend this company without hesitation. I'd like to thank them for keeping with the customer first ethos of the company they replaced. That's becoming a whole lot less common in Las Vegas.

Mark came out to perform a routine service inspection of my grandmother's unit. She and my grandfather have used Serv-All for years and always spoken highly of them. Having never used them myself, and being pretty handy myself, I wanted to assess their quality for myself without too much skepticism. And I have to say, they more than passed the mark in terms of quality, value, and efficiency. Mark took care of every issue we had, explained different plans and options for us, helped me and my grandmother learn a bit, and got in and out quickly! A true professional, he even wore booties and respected home kindly. I truly appreciate the service Mark and therefore Serv-All provides and I will certainly use them in the future. Can't go wrong if you want well-conditioned water, which is tough in this city

We love our water softener system with reverse osmosis. We got several quotes and met with a few companies. Serv-All was the most competitive in price with a longer warranty and Jim was knowledgeable with the system and thorough with all our questions.
Nick came to do the installation and he was friendly and professional.
The system is wonderful as we now have clean fresh water. We noticed an immediate difference in our skin, hair and dishes.

Very happy and satisfied with the service we received. We were referred to Serv-All Water Conditioning by a neighbor due to water softener stop working.
We set an appointment and got a 4hr window between 10-2pm. A lot of companies show up at the last minute, but Mark Galloway was there within 30min.
We ended up replacing the unit along with a separate part that had corrosion around it. Mark explained everything to our satisfaction and u would highly recommend this Company.

New to Las Vegas and had no Knowledge of water softener systems at all!!!
Simple search on Yelp and Serv-All caught my attention. Contacted company and had a next day appointment. Jim was my first Technician. Explained everything that was going on with my system. Set up my next day appointment for a new install with Mark!! Mark was very friendly and knowledgeable. Fast and neat work. Jim even installed some filters for me.

Very happy with this company. Nick inspected our softner because we were having issues with more calcium buildup, both valves were leaking and corroding and the resin needed replacement so we swapped out the whole system and our water quality is much better. He also thoroughly explained everything and even fixed our general water pressure.

I can't speak to the price if it was low or high compared to other companies cause we only had serv-all check it out, but i feel this company is very reliable and worth what we paid.
