My shower had a completely clogged drain. I called Sergio in the afternoon, he came the next morning (this was not an emergency since there is another shower in the house), and he had the clog out in just a few minutes. He was professional, kept me updated about when he would arrive, and was so pleasant to work with. I would recommend him without any reservations and will continue to call him with any problems that arise.

I initially called another plumber who had raving reviews on Yelp as well, but I never heard back from him. That turned out to be the greatest thing or else I would've never found Sergio. The communication was smooth, straightforward, and price was I believe very reasonable. I didn't even bother to look anywhere else as Sergio's service was impeccable right from the start. The 1.5"" leak was underground and was professionally detected by a leak detector per Sergio's recommendation. Our stamped concrete had to be jack hammered. Sergio explained the process before he did the work and provided options and suggestions. I wasn't home when he did the work, and he sent me a picture of the damaged pipe. I truly felt he cared about me as a customer. He even asked if our city offers a Water Leak credit after the work was done. He takes credit cards, but we paid cash to get a discount. He also offers warranty for his work. I'm so happy to have found my go to plumber. I will for sure send business his way!

Sergio is great! Honest, professional and knows what he is doing. I own an apartment complex and Sergio is our ""go to guy"" for all our plumbing needs. It was the holiday season and Sergio was fully booked. We were forced to use another plumber for a blocked sewer pipe. We had two plumbers out. Both gave us crazy suggestions for fixing the problem including just replacing the toilet and a broken pipe. We knew it was a blockage and was able to wait and to find a free slot for one of Sergio's guys. Fixed! Of course it was a blockage. He is the guy!

Fast Response, Fast Repair, Reasonable Price, Friendly and Professional.
My tenant texted me that the hot water heater ""was busted"" and had sprayed water all over the garage. I called all the plumbers on my contact sheet: the first one couldn't come out until the next week, the second never returned my voicemail, and the third was an auto-reply re-directing me to other services in the area. Then I called Sergio. He responded to the voicemail within a half hour, got the address from me and was at the house in another 15 minutes. He quickly diagnosed the problem (not the hot water heater, but the supply line) and made the repair. Sergio's plumbing has now moved to the top of my contact sheet.

I contacted Sergio via Yelp for an estimate for a slow draining tub. He almost immediately responded via email with an affordable quote. He came out the next day and took care of our problem. He and his worker for both incredibly friendly, personable and professional. His worker didn't even seem to mind my 4 year old watching him the whole time. I would highly recommend Sergio, he told me that he is available 24/7 if we have any plumbing emergencies. I had a pipe that was above ground and began leaking and soon was about to crack open. Sergio and crew came out as planned, got the work done and even went shopping for equipment they did not carry. I had to go out of town later that day and the work was done without having to change my plans.

I am sure to have more plumbing needs at my old house and will happily have Sergio come back to help with whatever comes up.

He was honest, accurate in his estimate and prompt in arrival and completion. I was very relieved and happy with the work.

I used to use ABC Drain, but they were sold and the new owners I found to be not all that professional. So, I called Sergio last night because the main sewer line from our house was clogged and the downstairs toilet was backing up. I also called 2 other companies. I never heard from the other two, but Sergio called me back right away (around 7:30 pm) and said he could come out the next AM, and provided me with a verbal estimate.

This AM, he showed up on time, and was really friendly, professional, and super efficient. He cleared our drain for less than the quoted price, and did it quickly. Yay! I will be calling Sergio in the future for all our plumbing needs, not just a clogged drain. He made a really good impression and I highly recommend him for a great local plumber.

Sergio was great when my main water line broke. He came and assessed it the day of within 2 hrs and knew exactly what was wrong.
