We were in need of getting a hot water leak fixed underneath our home. It was pretty urgent and Sergio was fast to get back to me. Sergio and his worker were able to get the job done in a few hours. I cannot even begin to say how much of a disaster this person is! I am amazed that he is rated 4.5 stars! First of, he cannot keep appointments. He's rescheduled on me twice. Then, when he got to my bathroom, after just telling him not to step on my freshly laid marble tiles, he steps on all the tiles, breaks two tiles in half and denies that he didn't break it then left without even offering to help me fix it!

Rude and a disaster! I would nit tryst this guy with simple work and directions! BEWARE

The hot water line into my washing machine was broken and we need to replace our faucet in the laundry room. My aunt gave me Sergio's number and I called him and inquired about his service. He came the next day and inspected the problem. Gave us an estimate and scheduled service as requested. Service was fast and professional. Everything the he said that had caused the problem were correct. Very knowledgeable. Charges were very reasonable. I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs. He is a local Gem.

Just a leaking bathtub faucet, so I yelped 4 plumbers on a Saturday morning. 3 of them said they could come Monday or Tuesday, which was what I asked for, but Sergio asked me to send pictures so he would have the right parts when he came. This impressed me, so I hired him. It was secondary that he quoted $190, when the only other one with numbers said between $200 and $300. Sergio came as scheduled with the part. He said up front that if I paid with cash, he would knock it down to $170. Then the job went easier than expected, and he made it $160. He was in and out in 20 minutes, and as friendly as you could be. What more could you ask for?

Sergio was great. He identified the culprit for a long-standing leak. He provided a ""leak finding service"" for us to use. And he did all of the above at no-charge for now. As good as it gets, truly!

Sergio came over about 20-30 minutes after I called. It turned out to be a broken sewer pipe. He was so hard-working and diligent. The clog was further out than his snake could reach, so he recommended a larger company. He barely billed for his time and effort, and he was extremely professional. Well, the next day they eventually found the clog 150 ft out, which was park property. Mind you, this is an incredible distance away from my property, so this situation is rare. Due to an initial misdiagnosis by the mobile home maintenance staff, I was reimbursed for both plumbing services. It was a tricky issue, but we will call Sergio first for home plumbing repair.

I recently used Sergio for a project at my Mom's house. He was prompt and very accommodating! We needed some fixtures replaced that were too heavy for us to bring in and he went out of his way to pick them up for us even though there was a mixup that meant a one week delay. So impressed, I would highly recommend him for any plumbing job.

I called Sergio, recommended by my neighbor, for a hot water heater that stopped working. He said it would be about two hours til he got to me and that he would call when on his way.....I waited all day without success, called again, left a message, never heard from him, ever. Obviously, I won't be calling Serigo's again.
