Okay guys, I've had a leaking bath tub faucet for almost a week. It's the day after New Year's and I had an appointment with a well known plumbing company. They cancelled! Soooooooh glad they did.

I called Sergio with a toilet issue, and after describing the issue he knew exactly what the problem was. He told me how to fix it and I fixed the toilet myself. He could have easily told me it was necessary for him to come out and charge me.....but he didn't. Very honest guy. I will be calling him for all my plumbing issues in the future!

I sent an email from Yelp to Sergio's plumbing. Did not respond 24 hours. Phoned him the next day, told him my problem with the toilet. He replied, ""What is your address & phone number, no I have your phone number, I will call you in about 2 hours"". 72 hours later no phone call. I had a watermain leak and Sergio came to the rescue. After promptly returning my phone call, he immediately made arrangements to come out and give me a free estimate. He identified the problem and walked me through how he knew it was a water main leak. He patiently explained the problem and how he was going to fix it. He also told me to call around and get other estimates. He assured me I wouldn't get any better estimates. He was right. I called him back and he was out the next day to repair the leak. Him and his crew showed up on time and got right to work. I was taken aback how everyone stopped work and introduced themselves when I came on site since I have only spoken to Sergio on the phone. Very polite crew! They finished the same day and cleaned up the area. Sergio also provided me information how to get a rebate with the Vallejo water company for the leak. I saved a great deal! We had gone through several plumbers before I came back to Sergio. I had left a message for an estimate but did not hear back so I hired another agency. My mistake! The other plumbers/agencies did not meet up to expectations. And after a week of back and forth the plumbers that did not know how to tackle the problem, we called and explained what was going on. Sergio came, advised us of what needed to be done, gave us an estimate and he and his team got to work! Job well done!! Sergio knows plumbing. My shower had a completely clogged drain. I called Sergio in the afternoon, he came the next morning (this was not an emergency since there is another shower in the house), and he had the clog out in just a few minutes.
