Initial conversation was great. They sent someone out to the house ASAP which was awesome. My issue was the bathtub. Must have been a clog. The guy came and attempted to unclog the drain and wasn't able to. All that took 15min max. The fee was 75$ to ""unclog"" the drain. Couldn't do it and still charge me which was fine. I gave him a 100$ and he didn't have change. Gave himself a nice tip. I don't care about the fee, however, if you can't complete the service your charging for then lower the fee.

Good service at a reasonable price. That describes Ser Plumbing. When you put in your request, he will send you an individualized appointment with anticipated start time. That was very helpful to received. He is licensed and bonded and knows the plumbing process completely. I called him for a stopped up bathtub drain which turned out to be an even bigger trap replacement. With the trap being behind a wall, he was able to pinpoint the location and jigsaw out a small portion of wall to fix the problem. Although he does not do drywall work, I was able to get it fixed at a reasonable price by another contractor.

All in all, I was pleasantly surprised with the work done. I would have liked a lower price (don't we all), but the bill was reasonable given the amount of work completed.

I had Luis from Ser Plumbing do a simple replacement job of my shower head. I didn't want to do it myself since the piping goes into the wall and I was afraid of a possible leak, so I reached out to Ser Plumbing for a quote.

Everywhere else wanted a fee for coming out and then on top of that charge you the service. Luis was up front with the cost and it was reasonable.

He and his crew came with masks and foot booties and did the work professionally and fairly quick. I was happy with the result and wouldn't hesitate to give them a call again for anything else plumbing related.
