We went through Yelp to request several quotes for a toilet replacement and water pressure regulator. Luis was able to come out to scope the work, provided a quote an and completed the job within reasonable time frame. Luis and son arrived within the timeframe he promised. They were professional and cleaned up the work area after. So far our toilet works great and our water pressure is much better and I don't feel like I'm getting pelted by rocks.

very prompt reply and the prices are reasonable and flexible. He will provide you with different options such as labor only or labor+ materials. Yes- many subcontractors do this too but his options have more flexibilities and he will advise what type of matrix to be purchased.

Had Jose do a complete cooper line from street meter to a 3bd. 2bth. Home also a complete Gas line from outside meter all thru the house. His work was done on time well done with permits and pass the city inspection the first time. Very profesional work, respectfull, I also referred him to my brother for another full new Cooper line install. My brother was also happy and gave him another install. Prices are good & reasonable. Thank you I will always refer a good plumber that knows how to work and get the job done.

After going through four contractors which consisted of, two overpriced crooks, two unlicensed (claimed to be) plumbers and experienced with gas line re-piping. We were blessed with Luis and his team.

As a female customer, we are always targeted and seen as one who has no knowledge. Luis was the opposite, he listened, and went the extra mile to help. The work was completed as promised. My tenants were grateful for their professionalism. Luis went the extra mile and did a visual inspection of any other issues underneath the house. He sent pictures and videos of his completed work and findings.

Our house's gas lines were re-piped, I no longer have the fear of gas leaks.

If you are in search of a reliable and professional company, they are it! The price of the project was within reason.

Had a very good experience with Luis and twice in a room. He came to the rescue with a gas leak. He works diligently and you can tell he takes pride in his work. It is hard to find good contractor these days but he has definitely earned my business for future plumbing needs.

Luis and his team Ser Plumbing saved my construction deadline. I live in a townhouse gated community and was doing some home improvements adding washer and dryer in my own unit. My construction guy informed me my unit's own water line has no shut off valves! Scrambling to find a plumber, Luis was able to come over next day to do an estimate and two days later complete the task of adding shut off valves. His professionalism and skills saved my time frame to complete my washer/dryer hookups. He had a hiccup that underneath the copper pipes was a PVC drain so he had to work around carefully not to puncture a hole. Limited space and a 4 hr window Luis and his team got the the job done perfectly. Price was more than reasonable for the scope of work. Would definitely recommend him for any plumbing issues.
