These guys are professionals. They came and did everything possible to make sure my problem was solved with my tankless water heater. Many plumbers wouldn't even come to my area. I appreciate the help and ease with scheduling the appointment and then being on time.

Main water line broke, scheduled an appointment they came in and replaced the piping in one day. I also called them for a gas leak that I was having issues and Santos was able to locate the leak right away. Santos is always available and does great work!

I was ready to give up and take a bid with this company that was gonna break the bank. I looked up one more place and ser plumbing came up. First of all I felt comfortable talking to the gentleman that came to look at the job and that's super important. Next he was honest about what I what needed to be done and how much it would cost. When they came for the job they were here on time and didn't stop working until the job was done. They were able to save my stairs and basically dug under all the Cement and saved me a bunch of headaches. The were very professional and also friendly and best of all they cleaned up after them selves which no company has ever done. Even the most expensive companies that I've hired over the years. I would definitely use ser plumbing again and definitely recommend it to anyone that needs any plumbing repair.

Trouble restarting our water heater and SER Plumbing was the best option. Within an hour, Jose showed up and knew the problem. Replaced the broken parts, checked it and the heater is working again. I'm very impressed with the quality of service specially during this Covid-19. Well recommended.

I want to say this SER Plumbing is professional from the minute you reach them till the minute they complete the job. On my initial phone call I explained our water heater needed replacing and my elderly Mother was without hot water. Luis asked me was it gas or electric. I told him it was gas. Over the phone he gave me a pretty good idea what the price would be and they kept their word. Their prices are fair and affordable. Especially being that no one expects their water heater to just go out. ! SER Plumbing is the real deal ! I am really glad I called them. Also the Technician Jose that showed up was kind, courteous, and on time. He had another young man with him that he appeared to be training. In my opinion that is really positive. Loved that they walked in wearing a mask, they were professional, very thorough, and friendly. My Mgmt. Co. sent them here and I am very pleased with their service (installation of a new kitchen faucet and 2 nozzles in the bathrooms. Definitely recommend them.
