We have used this service twice, each time Anthony was quick to respond and got us an appointment quickly. They work quickly, efficiently, and Anthony is very upfront and practical in his suggestions with no pressure. Communication is great and done primarily through text which works out better for us. We will definitely use their services again.

Amazing Response time, honest service. These guys are awesome!
We were having an event at our house, and the septic stopped working. I called them at 6 AM on a Sunday, hoping to get it fixed so we could avoid canceling our event.
Not only did they answer the phone, but they came out within several hours, identified and fixed the problem.
They gave us several options rather than just telling us how much we had to pay.
Super courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable.
I wish all service technicians were this good!

UPDATE: I had Anythony come out again to service our system. After some discussion about why I asked him back - usually I would have gone another year - he went above and beyond and did a draw down test to see how the leach field is doing. As always, Anthony is all about providing good advice, not pressuring you into buying services you don't need (or at least don't need right away).

I thought I had a problem with animals digging into my septic mound, so I called Septic Response, expecting an expensive evaluation and lots of equipment and digging. What I got was the most honest answer I've ever received from a septic company.... that it was very unlikely a situation to be overly concerned about and they shared some warning signs to to look out for should the digging continue. The gentleman I spoke with did not make me feel dumb (as many septic folks tend to do), rather he educated me and made me feel better about what was going on. I continue to monitor the mound area and have taken steps to keep the animals (likely raccoons) away. I will definitely contact Septic Response again for my septic needs.

These guys were amazing. This is the first septic system I've ever had to deal with, and it's old and rather mysterious to boot. So you can imagine the extra level of horror when I discovered black water overflowing up out of our basement bathtub and toilet one Saturday afternoon!

I called one service that had ""emergency services"" on their page - well, if you need me to call back on Monday morning just to schedule, you don't have emergency service. My second call was to Septic Response, who answered immediately, told me what to do, and promised to come the following morning.

True to their word, a team arrived mid-morning on Sunday, located the system, removed the blockage that caused the backup. But they also took the time to explain everything to us - where things drained, possible issues given the age of the system, what we need to do to maintain it, and, yes, suggested a way to fix it up such that we wouldn't have such a problem accessing it next time. They were fantastic and very patient with us.

The bill was about what you'd expect, but not insane for an emergency service, and at no time did I feel any attempt to upsell or misrepresent - they were so patient showing my husband and myself everything they were seeing and what it might mean, and it all made sense. A+.

World class support and service. Very friendly, responsive, and looking out for his customers. I had Anthony scheduled to come out the next day because my septic alarm was going off. He suggested some ways in which I could prep for his arrival in order save a myself a little money. We texted/called throughout the day. I sent him some pics of what I was seeing and he diagnosed it over the phone! He didn't even need to come out. Will definitely use him for anything moving forward and recommend to neighbors and friends. Thanks again, Anthony!

I couldn't be happy with the service I received. I called at 1pm and Anthony was there first thing the next morning. Anthony is a great guy. This is my first septic system so I had a number of questions, Anthony explained them and was quick at to work. He pointed out issues that were missed 6 months earlier. He gave me some good system recommendations (that I could do myself) to improve my aging system. I would call him back the second I think I have a problem with my system in the future.
