Do you ever notice how things seem to break simultaneously? My sand filter alarm was going off at the same time my 20+ year old Intermatic timer decided it had had enough of this life.
I called Septic Response and they were outstanding. In no time my tanks were pumped, my sand filter pump replaced and a referral to Network Electric got me a working timer and life is good. Well, at least I can shower and flush again. Prompt, great communication and a fair price. What more can you ask. Highly recommend.

An alarm was ringing for our septic this weekend. It was likely related to a short power outage we had but anything related to the septic freaks me out. I messaged a few people on Yelp to see if they could take a look. I had several companies message me back they could fix it for rates ranging between $400-$600. Anthony wrote back, ""give it a day or two and it will likely settle down."" I took his advice and voila, it did exactly what he said it would. I've had a couple of other interactions with him before and I trust Anthony like no other.

Great experience. Requested a quote to have our septic pumped and have risers installed. We received a prompt response, and they were able to get us on the schedule right away. They did exactly what they said they would do, when they said they would do it. The person who came out for our job, Andros, was fantastic -- polite, efficient, skilled, and let us know in advance when he was on his way to our property. He even texted us a picture of the finished work when it was complete. We're planning to keep using Septic Response in the future for all our septic needs.

Amazing Response time, honest service. These guys are awesome!
We were having an event at our house, and the septic stopped working. I called them at 6 AM on a Sunday, hoping to get it fixed so we could avoid canceling our event.
Not only did they answer the phone, but they came out within several hours, identified and fixed the problem.
They gave us several options rather than just telling us how much we had to pay.
Super courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable.
I wish all service technicians were this good!

UPDATE: I had Anythony come out again to service our system. After some discussion about why I asked him back - usually I would have gone another year - he went above and beyond and did a draw down test to see how the leach field is doing. As always, Anthony is all about providing good advice, not pressuring you into buying services you don't need (or at least don't need right away).
