this company was assigned to me by my home warranty my ac went out in Mesa Arizona and 110° on a Thursday afternoon they were assigned I called them Friday no call back home warranty company called them on Saturday no call back they technically had till Monday afternoon to schedule an appointment which is five days no AC no call back no appointment my home warranty company after six days of waiting and trying to contact finally assigned different company
110* and a cancer patient staying in a hotel

If I could give them zero stars I would!
This company was sent to the house in late April 2021 by my Home Warranty company (Fidelity). The problem was the A/C was not responding to the thermostat setting & would stay on when we tried to turn it off. The guy did nothing but check to see if the batteries in the existing thermostat were good. When they tested good he put in a very cheap thermostat. It seemed to be working ok until last week when no matter what the setting on the thermostat was it was not cooling the house. We called Fidelity & wondered if this could be considered a recall & we would not have to pay another $75 service fee. Fidelity could not find any report from them so I not only had to pay another service fee but because of the heat, they could not find another service provider on a timely basis & authorized me to find my own contractor. When Fidlelity said there was no report I called ""Sensible"" & left a message. I tried several more times when my call was not returned and it would just ring & ring so I gave up. Today, nearly one week later I get a call back & told her I want them to resend the report. About 1/2hr later I receive another call from a different woman who was so rude & kept saying they did send a report so they could get paid for the thermostat & she would have to call Fidelity which would take 1 1/2 hours to do & tried to guilt me out of my request. She was very nasty & would not listen to my request & kept misinterpreting my request. She said I didn't know how Fidelity works. I have had multiple warranty contracts with Fidelity for well over a decade! I do know how they work & it is the service provider's responsibility to send the report, not the other way around as she tried to say! I have no idea if it will be resent but I would stay far away from this company!

Owner is a super nice guy, came out on a Saturday and fixed our system. I called a different AC company to start and they said $1200 and then realized this would be covered under my home warranty. Owner came out and tried the electronic board that the other company said it was and it was not. Owner knows his stuff, took him an hour but he figured it out and got it up and running. Highly recommend the owner and his company. Thanks Brian

Had a leak in the drain pipe of the AC, and I had to convince them to even go into the attic to check in the first place. Was told it looks fine and that it was the gable vent draining into the hole and they called it a day. I went up there the next day to see for myself since the problem continued and there was an obvious crack in the pipe fitting. I'm out the $75 service fee from my home warranty company AND I still have to fix the problem myself. Waste of time and money.

Had a leak in my ac needed the line blown. Tech came out super unprofessional looked for 15 mins said he couldn't find the line wanted to cut into the drywall. I said no, called a new company they took one look and fixed it. So the tech I got was either super lazy or didnt know how to do his job

Do yourself a favor and find a different company to service your AC unit. We were referred to this company from our home warranty company. We called them multiple times with no answer and left them a couple messages. At the very least, they should have called back by then end of the day. But they never responded to us after 48 hours. Not only is this unprofessional, but completely unsafe when your AC breaks in the middle of the hot AZ summer. Really disappointed.

My AC went out Thursday and I called Sensible Friday. They had someone come out the same day and fixed my blower motor that afternoon. Fast and reliable service. We appreciate them as this was in an excessive heat warning time in AZ. They were great and the service was amazing.

100% would NOT recommend this company. They were assigned to us by our home warranty company (Fidelity). They came out the next day, which was awesome. They told us there was a leak in the coil system and they would need to replace it. They did not give us a time frame of when they would be back out to do the repair, and said they needed to submit a report to Fidelity to move forward. It was two weeks later and Fidelity still had not received it.
After 3.5 weeks they finally made it back out to do the repair. That was after they rescheduled with us twice because they would need two people for the job. Only a single guy arrived after all that and my fiancé had to help him lift the coils. This company does not care about customer service or being timely with communication and services. It has been a nightmare to deal with them, but Fidelity refused to send out a better contractor.

absolutely horrible customer service. i wish i can give a 0 score. they hardly ever answer the phone and their vm has been full for 5 days now. the 1st appt they didnt show up until an hour after i told them i would need to leave the house. then when they got the approval from my home warranty, they never called until i finally got the lady on the line 4 days later. then had the nerve to tell me they have too many customers and will not be able to do the work. do not use this company. terrible terrible cust service. just wasted 10 days from the day i put in my order. you guys are trash and need to fire whoever is running the daily operation and the lady answering your phones.

My home warranty referred me to this company and I haven't experienced any service issues. They were able to accommodate my schedule and got someone out quickly. Fortunately, the owner is familiar with home warranty coverage policies and was able to get all the fixes covered in a timely manner.
