We were really pleased with Sensible. The owner came out and made sure everything had been quoted correctly and to see what inventory we were needing. He was knowledgeable and kind. My husband and I were thrilled when they finished the same day. Immediately the rooms were cooler with free flowing air. We highly recommend this company and will use them again.

Our A/C was slowly beginning to fail at cooling our home. We contacted our home warranty company and were paired with Sensible A/C. Mary was very pleasant over the phone and they dispatched John our to our house. John was very talkative and light spirited. He took some time to troubleshoot and ended up having to run a pressure test that would take 24 hours. The next day, the owner Dan came out and checked out system as well and was able to find the leak in our coil. John came back out, repaired the leak and our home has been icy cold ever since. Thank you so much Mary, John & Dan for the help!!!

Got ripped off. They did come over quickly to evaluate it's a problem. Defrost of the unit then came back and put die in the refrigerant to find out where the leak was. They did put some stop leak in and hopefully stop the leak. They charge $60 a pound for refrigerant. Which took over 3lb. The stop leak was charged at $125 which you can buy online for $10. The stop leak was $ 175 charge. That did include putting it in which took 10 minutes. You can find online stop leak for $30. I do realize you have overhead but this is way too excessive. Will not deal with this company again. They did take $50 off when I complained that they were making over $100 for the dye.

The WORST customer service! & Laziest Staff!! Guy came to look to see why my AC Unit wasn't running! Did a 10 Minute evaluation and said it was dirty & frozen and wasn't his job to clean or defrost because it had frozen! Yet then offered me $400 service this company offers to do this! Wait so you want me to pay extra out side of my home warranty! I'm not dumb!!! After reviewing they should have the tools to defrost the unit! it has now been an entire day and he has yet to submit the work order to my home warranty!! Called the office of course no one answers & they are closed along with the voicemail is full. Now in over 100 degrees out side and AC off to defrost i still have no AC! I finally gave in and turned my AC on because i have animals and myself in our home! Which obviously they don't care about anything other than ripping people off! Previous post prove that!

I don't think that I've written a 5 star review for a contractor that had been sent out by my warranty company yet. So this is a first.

Dan came out earlier than anticipated (which was great...he called first to make certain I'd be home). He must've spent 45 minutes or more in my attic working away. He replaced two items that were needed to get my furnace back in business.

Above all, he was a pleasure to deal with. He was a nice guy and seemed knowledgeable and trustworthy. If I have future HVAC issues, I hope I am assigned to Sensible.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. This is the most unprofessional company I have ever encountered. My home warranty company assigned them. When I called to make the appointment they failed to put me on hold and I could hear the scheduler and technician arguing on when they could come out. We settled on a date. They never showed up. When we called to find out their status they said someone called out sick. However, because they failed to put us on hold again, we could hear them saying that they forgot to put it on the books. Rescheduled for 2 days later between 8 and 10. They called us at 9:30 that day to tell it it wouldn't be until that afternoon. When I told them we had taken off work to wait for them both days the person on the phone got very agitated and rude so I cancelled. I have no idea about the quality of their work because they couldn't even make it out to my house. I wish I could give zero stars.

Sensible Air came out on July 3rd to fix my AC that was blowing hot air. My Home Warranty Company assigned us to them. The guy was there maybe 5 minutes and within 10 I had signed my invoice and he was gone. He said it was a bad capacitor. He never went upstairs to Check on my unit only went outside in the backyard and did minimal work. On July 21st (two weeks later) there is a leak. The company who came out to inspect the AC unit was shocked that Sensible Air didn't check the unit. Apparently by coil was rusted through and so was the secondary Pan, it had been leaking at least a year the new company said, but had Sensible Air caught it two weeks earlier they would have saved me $1000+ dollars in repairs to my home. In addition to the fact that apparently the unit was 19 years old and needs to be replaced. Not only did they create a nightmare situation for me, but they are missing out on my business now that I have to replace the entire unit. Such terrible service and if I was the owner of this company, I would not be happy that my guys are not earning us business off the warranty calls.

Our home warranty company assigned them to us. The tech ( who was crabby) came out. Have to order part. This was on a Tues. The following Monday I call, oh the tech will contact you. Called the company several times and it goes to voice mail but wait, the mailbox is full and you can't leave a message. Luckily we had the techs cell so we call. Oh, he's picking up the part today....coincidence? That was Wednesday. Call Thursday, once again can't leave a message because the mailbox is full. The crab came out today. I e mailed my home warranty company and told them to take them off of their list of contractors. Thank goodness our house has 2 units so we were able to survive.

This place is absolutely horrible.... The tech was late by 90 min and was told that the time slot of service would be 10-12 repair man wasn't here till 1:40 and he was still eating in his car, and now it's a 4 hour wait to get the job fixed so basically we flippen wasted a whole productive day because we can't leave the house since they need access to the garage and the alarm cannot be placed on while having the garage open

Not only was it a horrible job and job wasn't fixed they had to make it out there 3 more times and try to fix it with the latest update instead of taking this as a learning experience for you guys to get better at doing a job u promote you know how to do fix that first....

DO NOT USE SENSIBLE AC. The tech was very nice but when he diagnosed the problem which was a bad compressor they told me they were too busy for the work so I had to call someone else. Wasted 2 days on them in the 100+ degree heat. If you are going to accept work, I believe you need to see it through. Sensible AC did not. AGAIN, I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
