My water bill came in this Monday and it was jacked up @$650. My Fiance and I was in disbelief and called San Jose Water. They confirmed that I had a huge leak under my 100 year old house from the mainline @ 15 gallons per hour. The worse news was that finding the leaks would be finding a needle in a haystack since my house also has an in law unit in the back which had its individual shut off from the main line.

Then I was recommended Gilbert and his crew through a good friend. They came Wednesday to take a look and told me not to waste my money on trying to locate the leak. Instead, re-pipe the whole house and replace all the old galvanized pipes. I was reluctant because it sounded like a horribly complicated job. After a few hours, I pulled the trigger because Gilbert gave me a good price and told me he could get started the next morning. I started planning on staying at my parents because I THOUGHT I wouldn't have water for a few days.

They came 9am On the dot as I was leaving for work. That evening when I came home, Gilbert and his crew was already done with the job!! They chose the best and most efficient route for the new pipes and also upgraded them to large copper pipes. And Their welding was immaculate! On top of that, after digging up my whole front yard, they put everything back together as if they never even came. They even replanted my plants in the original spot.

Senor Rooters gave me one of the best customer service I've EVER had. I would recommend these guys to anyone. I was so happy, I invited them for some drinks. Truly nice and honest guys. Thanks Gilbert!

Gilbert and his team are truly the best in the business. My husband and I renovated a home in the Bay Area this summer/fall, and decided we were going to be the general contractors of our project to attempt to save time and money. We were recommended to Senor Rooter and Gilbert by another one of our trusted subcontractors and I am so thankful we chose to work with him. Gilbert helped us make all of our seemingly complicated designs for our kitchen and three full bathrooms come to life and was there every step of the way to ensure we knew what materials we needed to make it happen. Our master bathroom was the project I was most impressed with as the installation of a free standing tub, custom wall mount faucet, and dual shower heads, seemed intimidating from a construction perspective. Gilbert guided us on the appropriate elements we needed to do to maintain/comply with California code from the existing home. He helped us to ensure we had all of the necessary sub work completed (even when we needed to bring in other subs) before he and his team completed the project. Gilbert also completed all of our kitchen remodel including multiple sinks and new gas lines for our ovens and island Viking range. Gilbert and team are incredibly professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy and kind, which is why he has a thriving business and why I will hands down recommend Senor Rooting to anyone I know who is planning a renovation project. Senor Rooter did a great job at our place. We remodeled 3 bathrooms, a kitchen, and added multIple gas lines for bbq and complex kitchen stove. Gilbert's final price was exactly consistent with the original quote and was very reasonable. He was also very responsive when we had urgent work we needed done and even worked late multiple times to ensure our house was ready for a party the next day.

I had been observing some likely leak in the crawlspace. Gil came by and quickly checked it out. He said it was likely the rainwater trickling from the vent pipes over the previous week. He was very professional and even checked out our Kitchen and Bathrooms for further indications of a leak and pointed out some things to keep under observation. For now, he said there isn't much to worry about. In the future I definitely plan to reach out to Gil in case I run into something.
