We had a main sewer clean out blocked late on Friday night. We couldn't use any water. No other plumbers were picking up our calls. Senor Rooter was able to make an emergency call and showed up within the hour. They were able to give us a temporary fix and then returned early the next morning to solve the problem. They used a power auger and hydro jet, sent a camera down multiple times to show us the condition, and had a new main clean out installed.

One of my showers was spitting out boiling hot water late at night. I called several plumbing companies late at night asking if they had anyone available for an emergency appointment that same night and had no luck until I reached out Señor Rooter Plumbing. I believe it was Chris that I spoke with (correct me if I'm wrong). He senses the urgency and immediately began to troubleshoot over the phone. After a quick phone call he said he'd reach back out in 5 minutes, and sure enough he did. He knew exactly what the problem was without even being there. He took the extra step of sharing 2 possible solutions, one near term and a longer term fix. That level of service and understanding the customer needs after a quick conversation is something you can't find nowadays. He showed up an hour later, which is when he said he would. At this point it's almost midnight and he stopped by, got the short term solution in place, and was on his way.

A couple of things that I really appreciated: sense of urgency, availability, timeliness, and expertise. And to do all of that last minute late at night. Can't thank you enough. This is a company I will continue to come back to if I ever experience any issues.

Señor Rooter Plumbing came to the rescue for us this weekend. Our water heater suddenly broke down and it was so hard to find someone last minute on a weekend. Señor Rooter Plumbing came to our home indeed confirmed we needed to replace water heater and advised on which was the best replacement and they were able to fix in a timely manner and now we are up and running with warm water again. I discovered wet bath mats in an unused bath so I couldn't blame the kids. I checked underneath the subfloor and saw a puddle. I turned off my water main and even that was still leaking!

Señor Rooter came to the rescue! Raffa worked diligently and found and repaired 2 supply leaks. (He even had to remove the toilet) and replaced my main shut-off.

Raffa was professional and courteous. We have a super small bathroom, lined it with plastic and kept the chaos contained. He must have had to come in and out of the house at least 20 times and removed and reapplied his shoe booties each time.

After he completed his work, he cleaned up (and yes, installed new toilet wax ring and didn't charge me for it) and everything is wonderful! Running water contained in pipes is a wonderful thing!
