My wife noticed that the faucet and the wall attached to it didn't look so great. I found Selvin on Yelp and messaged him through the Yelp app on an early Friday evening (around 5 pm). He responded within minutes, gave me the best price out of any other companies, and was able to come Saturday late morning. He came with a partner and both of them diagnosed the issue (non-brass valve piece rusted and broke) and even went above and beyond to replace the broken tiles in addition to installing the new faucet. They both had to step out to get parts but came back within the hour. I went out with my wife to have lunch, and by the time we got back, the job was done! Selvin and his partner were kind throughout the entire process, and they even had on little blue cloth bags for their shoes so they wouldn't track dirt in the house.

They did a wonderful job, were quick and efficient, and open and up front about everything from beginning to end. The fact that Selvin was able to respond to my messages so quickly in addition to being able to do all the work so well the very next day was great. I'm absolutely going to contact Selvin again for all of my plumbing and rooter needs in the future! Thank you so much, Selvin and your partner!

Great service for the second time. Selvin beat everyone on price and availability, was able to come out same day and run the snake through my kitchen sink line, clearing the blockage which was 60 (!!) feet away. He previously installed the cleanout access point when he worked on the same drain 4 years ago, so this was very easy job for him to come out and do. Selvin company to my rescue again. Alex was the one who came. Very dependable and reliable. Selvin said Alex will be there shortly and no doubt about it, Alex arrived to save my leaking toilet misery.

My housemate called 2 other rooters before I reached out to Selvin but one was not in business due to covid and the other one took her call but NO SHOW.

I had to dig up Selvin's info again because I thought he only does water heater but when I look thoroughly on services he performs include toilet issues. So, I quickly txt Selvin, and as promised he sent Alex fast to out rescue.

Super friendly and honest. My hot water heater went out. I tried to relight the pilot myself following the manufacturer's instructions. I'm familiar with lighting pilots from various other applicants we have, so I do know what I'm doing. I tried like 20 times and couldn't get it to start. Selvin showed up at our home with a partner within minutes of my phone and got the pilot lit within 30 seconds. Since it was so quick he didn't even charge me for the visit, even though I offered to pay. It's always a great feeling to find another fellow human who's out there to help others. I can see why this company has such a high rating, and I'm glad I found the plumber I will be using from now on!

Highly recommend Selvin plumbing for the professional and timely fixes to our plumbing issues. I called them after another plumbing company (Wizard Plumbing, San Mateo) left us with a leaking pipe and improperly installed p-trap ( we spent $2000 on services with Wizard that didn't fix the issue at all, in fact created more leaks)

I am so glad I reached out to Selvin, he arrived on time, gave a very reasonable estimate and fixed the issue immediately. The work was very clean, he explained what was done incorrectly by the previous plumber and even fixed the stucco after installing the new drain pipe.
