I had been trying to get a plumber out for over 2 months. I saw one of Security Plumbing's truck in my area so called them. They got me in in less than a week. The plumber (Emillio I think) was great, courteous, professional. Fixed everything I needed and gave me an estimate for future work. I found my plumber!

Plumbing techs Jose and Carlos with their helper Israel did an excellent job in addressing leaks to my water and gas lines. I was referred to this company by another independent plumber because this job was out of his scope. I am glad I called Security Plumbing. Jose, Carlos, and Israel knew exactly what needed to be done and stayed and worked in the heat of the day and as the evening got colder under the crawl space replacing the corroded gas lines with new lines. When all is said and done, these guys were professional, and easy to talk to. They easily broke down in simple to understand steps and explained to me how they are going to fix my piping problems. Because they sounded confident in their skill and workmanship, it gave me a sense my household plumbing is now secure :-)

My wife and I just recently bought a new house. Very slowly we are learning of the items we now need to fix and repair!! Being an electrical contractor I tend to do all my own repairs, how ever, plumbing is one thing I do not touch!! This weekend we had an emergency issue. The drain line connecting the kitchen, laundry, and a bathroom started backing up and flooding out the clean out in the garage. We needed it fixed quickly. One plumber bailed on us and left us high and dry (well, soaking wet actually!) and we didn't have time to waste looking for another. I know good contractors are extremely busy right now and I was worried we would be put on an extended waiting list.

Through a reccomendation we got in contact with Security Plumbing. They were very quick to respond and actually made it to our house the same day, even when we contacted them about 11AM that morning. I was heading into a surgery at 1:00PM and had to hand the situation over to my wife as I would be un-responsive. Ali contacted her and worked through the issue. She was very pleased with his professionalism. During my brief communication with Omed, I could tell they were a quality contractor and somebody I could trust. I have a deep book of contacts in the construction industry and I am pleased to say I'm excited to add Security Plumbing to the mix!

Omed is fantastic and we will definitely be using Security Plumbing in the future.

We found them based on the reviews, on a Saturday when we had a gas leak. I knew the source of the gas leak, because I had caused it. Attached is a picture of my poor attempt to repair a nick in a gas line (the part that is cut out) and Omed's professional repair.

I called around and got some pretty ridiculous quotes.

Omed said that he was not available until Monday, but spoke with me about it and gave me a good feeling about the services he would provide and that he would provide them at a reasonable charge.

Sure enough, he showed up on time and fixed it much more quickly than I expected. His professional demeanor was also helpful in dealing with our jittery nerves, due to the gas leak. Though he was busy, he also took the time to help us with a drain that my wife had asked me to clean. We appreciate him handling the unscheduled request.

Security Plumbing has our highest recommendation.

Went through multiple different plumbing companies over the last 4-5 years and the issues kept coming back after a few months. David and his team are excellent in service. I worked with them for several times on different plumbing issues (water heater leak, toilet running water, valve leak, shower head damage, etc.), and each time I called them they can always provide good service and fixed the issue quickly.

Let me start by saying that I have decades of experience doing and studying customer service and could easily teach classes on the subject, so I pay attention when I'm dealing with companies, employees, and service.

When a company employs a worker who has excellent skills on all levels, the company should complement, reward, and retain them whenever possible.

Matin ""came to my rescue"" when I had a toilet plumbing related issue this week. His technical and people skills were outstanding!

Matin was appropriately friendly, polite, personable, intelligent, and conscious of the time. In two words, ""instincts"" and ""skills"".

He listened carefully to my input as we analyzed the problem and began to figure out solutions. He was respectful of my ""space"" and property, and was responsive to my sense of humor and brief (but not distracting) side conversation.

He also reassured my concerns and answered my questions about possible future problems with this same plumbing issue. He even made practical suggestions about what I can do to prevent the problem from reoccurring!

Whenever I interact with someone who has great skills in helping me and others, I try to encourage them in a humorous but serious way by sometimes saying something like,

""You get a gold star for the day!"", or ""I'll see that you get a raise and a promotion!"" or ""You'll be running this place in no time."" Everyone can use some encouragement on a regular basis.

I can't remember if I used these lines with Matin, maybe one or two of them, but I should have! Thanks Matin! And thank you, Security Plumbing!

Genuinely one of the nicest, most professional and efficient person I have ever had contact with. Omed, showed up and within minutes knew what the issue was. Turned off the water for the whole condo unit and felt bad, not sure why because he repaired the pipe leak within 10mins. I've never thought such a major issue could be resolved so fast.

I was replacing our Moen tub valves. I got one done but the other was a bear and broke the hot side. I called and they arrived on time. Ali and Matin wore masks and knew exactly what to do. It was tedious job that required some patience and muscle. Thanks again for a job well done.

Woke up in the morning and went to the garage to grab something.....as I entered the garage I could hear water running.....then I stepped into a puddle and went to my water heater and the sound became stronger....there was water coming out from the base of the water heater...I cut the water off and started to call around....then after a few minutes I remembered Security Plumbing from helping me with an issue (slab leak)....these guys answered my call at 7am and told me they could come out by 11am....they came and took care of everything...installed a new unit and I was up and running by 3pm. I have had some pretty lousy plumbers but I can't say enough about Security Plumbing. Great job....really fair pricing. These guys don't leave you waiting for hours or days....they take care of you.
I am very happy with the new water heater and plan to call them to change my garbage disposal next....if you need something....call these guys first....do your price shopping....then call them and have them take care of you!
