Our dental office had a continuous leak in the ceiling from backed up pipes that were caused by the office upstairs. We had numerous plumbers attempt to patch the pipes, but the leaks continued for over a year. The only company that was able to diagnose the problem correctly and fix the issue permanently was Security Plumbing. Omed knew exactly what the problem was from day one. He was very flexible with scheduling and accommodated us with our office hours. Most importantly, he took every precaution to ensure the carpets, walls, and workstations in the office area remained clean. Omed is very knowledgeable in his field and I wish we would have found him in the first place. It would have saved us a lot of time, money, and worry. Security plumbing's team was at work within minutes of arrival. They came to dig up and remove a metallic object in my sewer line. The line was removed and replaced as quickly as possible so as not to inconvenience my wife. They're professionalism, expertise and dedication moved them to not only make the repairs requested, but further investigate and find that the object was not the only cause of my problems. Should my system require more work, I know who I'll call and who I'd recommend.

Security plumbing replaced the knobs in my shower and about a week later the pipes burst because the water pressure valve was too high (not their fault). I called Omed immediately and he drove from Murrieta as soon as I called him. He fixed the flood as well as the pipes, replaced the water pressure valve, tuned down my water heater and assure me everything was good to go. He worked the the flood company to make sure the house was dry and replaced everything for me as soon as the house was dry. It was all so flawless and effortless. I have been through floods before and Omed was so helpful, calm and quick so that kept me calm as well. I highly recommend Security plumbing, they are so professional and helpful and I would recommend them for any of your plumbing needs. Once again we had a plumbing issue our sewer system was backed up and we called security plumbing Ali showed up on in 45 minutes and he troubleshoot the problem he explained everything what's going on and he got the line clear in one hour and pulled out a whole bunch of roots he video inspect the line and locate the problem with a very reasonable price.

Our water heater was leaking we called multiple companies to have us an estimate to replace it they gave us some ridiculous price to replace a 50 gallon water heater finally I found Security plumbing talk with David and he send Omed on time and Omed was super nice friendly and knowledgeable know what he was doing fair price got the job done in 3 hours Clean up the work area and disposal of old water heater. Very disappointed. Have a plumbing issue and talked to David at 8:30 am today. Said he'd have someone text me between 12 noon and 2 pm to come over. Told him I had to leave my house by 2:30 pm. At 2:05 there was still no contact so I called David back and was give lots of reasons why they got behind. My issue is no one was proactive and called to let me know they were running behInd. I took off work to be here and lack of proactive customer focus is the reason I would never use these guys or recommend them to any of my friends. Sorry, David, I was impressed with your Yelp rating and level of responsiveness in our first call but your follow through was a huge disappointment. Don't use this company unless you have time to waste.
