Very disappointed. Have a plumbing issue and talked to David at 8:30 am today. Said he'd have someone text me between 12 noon and 2 pm to come over. Told him I had to leave my house by 2:30 pm. At 2:05 there was still no contact so I called David back and was give lots of reasons why they got behind. My issue is no one was proactive and called to let me know they were running behInd. I took off work to be here and lack of proactive customer focus is the reason I would never use these guys or recommend them to any of my friends. Sorry, David, I was impressed with your Yelp rating and level of responsiveness in our first call but your follow through was a huge disappointment. Don't use this company unless you have time to waste.

My water heater broke and I called Security Plumbing within couple of hours Omed showed up with a brand new water heater and he replaced it. He did an excellent job with very detailed work. He stayed after hours to finish this job. I'm very happy with their work, and also the price was great. I definitely recommend this company.

Can't recommend these guys enough. We needed them for an emergency job after hours and they were responsive, punctual, and very fair with pricing upfront. It can be difficult to find services like this that you trust, but we would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

Had a toilet that was constantly running as well as the turn off valve that was broken. It was a sunday and most bussinesses were closed. Called and spoke with David, really professional and pleasant. Said they could come by in a couple of hours and assess the situation. The plumber showed up ( I think Rudy was his name) and he went above and beyond. Really happy with the work and the professionalism. Would highly recommend.

My water heater stop producing hot water. I looked up Yelp and found Security Plumbing. Within hours, Omed showed up, he was really nice, walked me through the process and what he is going to do. After the inspection, he gotten everything taken care of and fixed in less than 30mins!!!

Since I was pleased with Omed's work, I decided to hire him again to replace our water heater.

Omed was punctual as he was on the previous repair. He arrived exactly at the time of our appointment and finished the work within a couple of hours. He replaced all the parts that were needed and even put a pan underneath the new water heater. It works great and I am very pleased with his work. He even gave me one-year warranty on the labor.

I am so happy to finally find a reliable plumber.

You always need to know a good plumber. I treasure these guys at Security Plumbing. As a Real Estate agent its essential to know good plumbers, electricians and handymen. Security plumbing takes care of my needs quickly and solves the problem. They are efficient and cost effective due to solving the problems quickly. Recently they trouble shot my leaky faucet in my own home. They were patient as the faucet manufacturer was stuck doing their own trouble shooting.
