Our home was built in the 70's. When we decided to get a new refrigerator I wanted to make sure being the princess that I am that we would have ice and water available.

Anyone who knows anything about water in Arizona knows we have hard water and pipes break. Well this happened when my hubby went to change out the fixture. Thankfully he's smart and had the water turned off. See picture for visual. So now the hunt is on for a plumber.

Our shower was leaking so we called Second Opinion Plumbing and they came out that morning! Of course the shower was leaking when tech Christopher Cartem came out. They didn't charge us for the trip and time inspecting the shower. Chris was awesome and we will use Second Opinion Plumbing again!

Beyond exceptional! We had a slab leak under our kitchen area, involving our water heater. Chris Cartem was our assigned plumber. He was punctual, personable, professional, knowledgeable, thoughtful and by far, superior to the other plumbers we had out to evaluate. Best part, the repair cost was less than the other 2 bids we received. Chris even took an additional amount off after determining the repair did not require as much work as initially estimated-amazingly honest. We were impressed with his integrity.

We moved into a new house over the weekend and discovered that our tankless water heater was not working. The friendly dispatch coordinator called back within the hour, gave us advice on how we might reboot the system, and then scheduled service for us when the reboot did not work.

Our technician, Charles H., was super helpful. He quickly diagnosed the issue, provided a short-term fix, and came back the following day with a necessary part. He was patient and helpful with our questions on other parts of our water system (softener, filtration, heating). More importantly, he fixed our issue efficiently and responded to our questions with options on how to upgrade our filtration/softening system without upselling.

We will definitely call Second Opinion Plumbing again (and request Charles).

I would 100% recommend this company for your plumbing needs. When I called they were able to come to fix the problem within 2 hours on the same day. The plumber unclogged 2 toilets and charged $275 - worth it in my opinion!!!
