Best plumbers in the valley. They are quick to respond and reasonably priced. True professionals. I have had 2 issues since I moved into my house and they helped me out both times. 1st time was a roof tile in the drain pipe and the second time my friends kid must have flushed something he shouldn't have. Both times they responded quickly and resolved the problem within an hour or less. I will never call anyone else for plumbing issues.

Jesse was fantastic. He arrived on time, was professional and did an excellent job.

I called on Saturday due to a leak coming from somewhere under my sink. Jesse arrived within a few hours, quickly identified the issue and provided an estimate at no cost.

Based on how knowledgeable Jesse was, I decided to also go ahead and replace my faucet, drain kits and water dispenser.

Jesse came back today and completed everything in under two hours. Everything works well and looks fantastic.

I highly recommend Second Opinion Plumbing and will definitely use them again.

The drains in my home have been getting backed up off and on lately. I wasn't too concerned at first. However, it was starting I happen more frequently. That had me worried. I stayed up really late last night just thinking about it. Then I was really worried. I called Second Opinion Plumbing at around 3am this morning. I expected a voicemail or a forwarding service. Instead, I got the boss. I felt bad for waking him. He was really cool though. He asked me a few questions and made an initial diagnosis. He also made an appointment and gave me a competitive quote over the phone. He said that he'd have a guy at my place between 10am and 12pm. Justin arrived at about 10:30am. He was super friendly and I felt confident that he was gonna get me fixed up. Justin took care of a clog in my main sewer line. He also explained what had caused it. The best part, the price quoted was the price that I paid. These guys have earned my business. Give them a chance to earn yours and you won't be disappointed.

Second Opinion Plumbing is a breath of fresh air!! Yesterday I called a plumbing company that had previously done some very good work in my home at what seemed a fair price. I was unable to speak to anyone, and left a message. I feel this is concerning, especially if I had had a plumbing emergency, and there was no phone option to state so. However, after 24 hours I had not received a response to my message. I then turned to Yelp, a site I am very grateful for because I have yet to go wrong with highly rated companies on this site. Because this company had well deserved 74 five star reviews I called Second Opinion Plumbing late this morning about a broken spigot on my patio. My hose had frozen onto the 30 year old spigot, which had previously occurred with a different hose about a year ago. Brian, from Second Opinion Plumbing answered the phone, and I explained the issue and let him know it was not an emergency situation. I expected that it would be several days before I could get an appointment. I asked if he could give me a ballpark figure for the cost, which he did. I had researched the price (national) for spigot replacement, which is $150.00-$300.00, depending on where you live in the country. I did request a free estimate. Brian said he was having lunch near my home, and would be over as soon as he was through. About an hour later he showed up, looked at the problem, and gave me the same price as he quoted over the phone. Since we had to walk through the laundry room to get to the spigot, he also diagnosed a problem with my clothes dry, an easy fix, for which I am EXTREMELY grateful :) I believe he would have fixed the dryer problem had I asked, but it is probably something I can do myself. He replaced the spigot, added additional hardware to make it more stable and sturdy, and showed/explained to me that in the future it would be much easier to replace the spigot, if needed. The final cost was much less than the national average. The on/off handle on the spigot actually matches the trim paint on my home, maybe just a happy coincidence :) I feel that Brian and Second Opinion Plumbing are absolutely honest and very reasonably priced, and will call them for other upgrading in plumbing I have been planning to have done, as well as for any emergencies. I would very highly recommend Second Opinion Plumbing to everyone and, as far as the 1st company I called, well, they have lost my future business. Brian was friendly and professional, and worked quickly and efficiently. I am very happy to have found an honest plumber, especially after experiencing some horror stories with past plumbers. I cannot say enough good things about this company!!

I called Second Opinion on a Saturday and they were super helpful right off the bat on the phone and were out at my house within a couple hours that same day. Ryan came out and explained all my options to me in detail and gave me fair estimates for all the different options I had for repairing or replacing my water heater right then. They went above and beyond and never pressured me towards any of the more expensive options. I paid the price they quoted me with no hidden fees. Overall my experience was great and I will continue to use and recommend Second Opinion in the future.

I am so impressed at how quickly Justin was able to get out here and shut off the main valve and fix water that was gushing full blast into my yard. I felt like I was right out of the movie ""very bad things"" because 3 teenagers had a different reason as to why there was chaos. Any other plumber would have come out here and charged me a fortune and I had just spoken to him earlier today about the other items I needed corrected prior to this disaster. Justin was calm, friendly and completely cool and he just told me that his guy would be there tomorrow for the regular appointment. I cannot express how grateful I am for how quickly he was here but also how kind he was.

Have been a home owner for 40 years and have had many many tradesmen for repairs etc. There isn't a lot of businesses that has as many 5 star reviews as this company on Yelp, that caught my eye. I was referred by a neighbor. I called and spoke with Ryan explained that I may have a leak in the shower wall. Justin was out in 4 hours. After an hour he was sure that I had no leak that the wet wall was due to over spray from the shower head. Fearing an expensive plumbing repair I was relieved that there was no leak in the wall, that it was something that occurred over a long period of time that I never noticed.
In true customer service I wasn't charged for the call. The point of this story is that I have used another plumbing company that I have been happy with since relocating here 5 years ago. Second chance has won me over with his customer service and will now be my go to plumber. You won't go wrong calling these folks any plumbing needs.

My kitchen sink was draining very, very slowly on the Friday afternoon before Memorial Day weekend. I did not want to pay for an emergency response so cooking was kept at a bare minimum throughout the weekend. On Monday I called, spoke to Jesse, & set up an appointment for Tuesday. Justin called earlier than the 3:00 p.m. appointment to let me know he was available to come earlier. He arrived, snaked the pipe from under the sink a couple of times and alas............success! He was very pleasant and cleaned up after himself. I was very pleased! The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is that Jesse told me it would be around $150 if they could get to the clog from under the sink. If there was a problem encountered and they had to go on the roof to access the drain from the vent pipe it would cost more. I was charged $195 even though the clog was cleared from under the sink. I asked why the difference, but the explanation didn't make sense to me.

It seems rare these days to give a 5 star review but Second Opinion Plumbing definitely deserves it. I had a crack in my cast iron sewer pipe and another company came out yesterday and gave me an outrageous quote. It stressed me out and I knew I had to get a second opinion so when I ran across the name of this company I had to call. I called this morning and spoke with Ryan. He asked a few questions. I sent him pictures of the pipe. He came by to give me a free estimate. Quoted me about $400 to replace the 8 foot pipe, which was far below what the other company quoted me. I said when you can you do it. He said now and had the job finished within an hour. Truly not what I expected. He was a cool guy, left no mess and honored his price. There were no surprises, just excellent work. Easy and simple. If you get a quote from any other company, definitely get a quote from second opinion before you agree to the work. I'm so relieved I called today. Thank you Ryan !!!
