Was performing a pre-inspection and wanted to make sure the sewer on this potential home was in good to excellent shape. My wife and I went with this company because their rates were pretty comparable with the industry. Aaron was punctual and very thorough with his inspection and we got to see a video of his results and findings. All in all, I would recommend this company to others seeking sewer inspection services. Quick and knowledgeable is hard to beat.

The quality of his video was noticeably better than the previous scope and he was able to see much farther up the sewer line. Great guys and overall customer service. Breven was extremely friendly and did our sewer scope today as part of a pre-inspection on a 1913 house we are putting an offer on. He explained what he was doing, showed us where some problem areas were in the yard, curb, and street, explained the video to us in real time as he was doing the scope, and didn't mind us asking questions about each thing we found. Wow! I didn't even have services performed by Aaron, but 5 stars for excellent customer service! I explained to him, over the phone, what was going on and instead of charging me to have him come out and scope my drain, he saved me $ and referred me to a good and inexpensive drain rooter guy. We recently bought a 100-year-old house and at the recommendation of our agent, hired Aaron to do a sewer inspection as part of the process. His inspection found a major issue with the sewer line, which we asked the seller to take care of before we closed on the house. He explained the extent of the damage (major), estimated the cost of fixing it, and gave us a dvd of the sewer scope in case we want something really gross to watch sometime... If you're buying a house DEFINITELY do a sewer inspection. The under $200 we spent on the inspection saved us the tens of thousands of dollars it would have cost us if we were on the hook for the sewer repair.
