I'm a realtor in the Seattle area and always recommend my buyers scope the sewer before buying a property. I found Aaron & Seattle Sewer Inspection about 4 years ago and have been referring my clients to them ever since. They are always on time, very professional and very affordable. I also like the fact that they only scope and don't do repairs, so you know for a fact if they advise repair it's in your best interest not theirs. I would HIGHLY recommend these guys if you're having issues with your sewer line.

Wow! I didn't even have services performed by Aaron, but 5 stars for excellent customer service! I explained to him, over the phone, what was going on and instead of charging me to have him come out and scope my drain, he saved me $ and referred me to a good and inexpensive drain rooter guy. Wish honest customer service like this existed everywhere! Thanks, Aaron!

Aaron was there for 15 minutes and charged $250, I think I'm in the wrong business, make sure and get a price before you have him do the work.

Aaron does an excellent job and is very thorough. He's easy going, clean and on-time. I recommend him first, always. He is priced at the lower end of the scale.

We recently bought a 100-year-old house and at the recommendation of our agent, hired Aaron to do a sewer inspection as part of the process. His inspection found a major issue with the sewer line, which we asked the seller to take care of before we closed on the house. He explained the extent of the damage (major), estimated the cost of fixing it, and gave us a dvd of the sewer scope in case we want something really gross to watch sometime... If you're buying a house DEFINITELY do a sewer inspection. The under $200 we spent on the inspection saved us the tens of thousands of dollars it would have cost us if we were on the hook for the sewer repair.

Had them do an inspection this summer. Aaron is top notch. Affordable, professional, clean, on time and a nice dude. Gave me a sewer scope dvd and explained what I should look for and anticipate with time. I am a fan.

We called Seattle Sewer to do an inspection for us on a house that other inspectors had failed to figure out how to scope the sewer. Not only did they scope the line but also provided top notch advice to our clients. Team Diva Real Estate highly recommends Seattle Sewer for all of our clients. They provide the level of service we expect for all of our clients at a fabulous price. Always professional, on time and work with our crazy schedules. Seattle Sewer Inspection is one of the top sewer scoping companies in Seattle.

Aaron did a great job scoping out a sewer of a home we're looking to buy, during the inspection period. He was prompt with returning calls and showed up on time, early even, to the job site. Very thorough in explaining exactly where the problems were with the sewer--taking the time to go through the line and explain what corrosion looked like, and what could be done to fix the issues (but not recommending any company in particular to do so, which I appreciated). His camera could not get through a huge root ball in the line, however, but that was a limitation of the equipment and/or sewer line itself, more than his expertise. He showed us exactly where the root ball was located, and at what depth, so that we could show the seller what the issue was. Great service, and great bargain as well... $150, way cheaper than what I've seen Roto Rooter charging for the exact same operation ($400+!).

On time. Showed respect for my home (wiping feet, asked if shoes needed to come off, had towel for equipment etc.) Explained what's going on in pipes by walking me through the video. Pointed out potential future issues but explained that the are not immediate threats. Overall very professional and I felt very trustworthy.

These guys are top notch. What Beacon wanted $350+tax for, they charged $150 tax included. Beacon had VHS available, SSI gave us a DVD.

They took their time with the camera thingy and pointed out different spots and what was going on where while they did our ""sewer pipe's colonoscopy"" to give you an idea what it was like. Live streaming video of you pipes in all their glory. They marked outside and let us watch as they did the sonar just to make sure we had confidence in their markings.

And they do the water jet in your pipes for under $300. Don't get me started on what Beacon wanted to charge for that....
