I had a local plumbing company ( hr furr) come out to diagnose and repair a well issue. They misdiagnosed what was going on and did an unnecessary $550 pressure gauge replacement. (After the pressure gauge replacement the problem still existed ) the young man they had sent out from The Local Company was in over his head. I called Seaside Plumbing and spoke to one of their master plumbers, Wayne Steele. from our conversation on the phone he had a very good idea of what the problem was . He came to my house and after a few tests and observations he realized that I needed a new well pump . We also talked about the age of the whole unit in my house which was from 1987. The outside Plumbing needed to be replaced the pump which was from 1987, the bladder which was only working at half strength and the pressure gauge switch all had to be replaced. Wayne and his apprentices proceeded to replace and work on everything that needed to be done and took the time to explain and he showed me that his hypothesis of the pump was correct through a demonstration . They took a lot of time installing everything correctly , ? detail-oriented while teaching the apprentices. I feel very confident that I will not have any well issues and I also signed up for the friends and family inspections that they do throughout the year for all of my HVAC and plumbing. ? thank you Wayne

I am not a typical review writer, but felt the need to write one for the last service I received from Seaside. They are very prompt and well-organized, arriving on time (I would give them a 5 for responsiveness). However, be prepared to pay some pretty exorbitant prices for their services. I needed to have plumbing in two sinks hooked back up after having kitchen counter tops replaced. There was no removal of any fixtures required. Two techs came out and quoted me $2,300, and were promptly sent away. They came back after 20 minutes and lowered the price to $1,600. I reluctantly agreed because I had it pre-scheduled. They were here less than 2 hours. The detailed invoice I received by email showed services that appeared to be overlapping for what was completed. A complaint call to the service manager got me a $240 credit. In the end, I paid two young guys over $350/hour for simple plumbing tasks. Get a detailed line-by-line estimate before you use them. They charged me $450 to install a new garbage disposer (just install, I purchased the unit myself) which took no more that 20 minutes. And I am part of the Family and Friends program which costs me $9/month. I will be searching for a new plumber.

What a great team Katelyn and Ben are! They came today to quote a new water heater and 2 toilets. The quote was reasonable and I requested they proceed with the installation as soon as possible. Within 4 hours they had procured the requestEd items (which I indicated the brand I wanted) and the equipment was installed efficiently. Thank you Katelyn and Ben!!

This morning I discovered a leak in my garbage disposal. I called Seaside Plumbing and within 4 hours, I had a new disposal. My technician, Shawn Cornes and his manager, Tom Chaney could not have been more responsive. The problem was clearly described (failed seal) and my options were presented. Shawn also performed a check of the rest of my plumbing at no cost. I am happy to write this review for truly professional service.

Checking with them about a water filtration system. Very educated in the products available. Explained everything to us and said to read over suggestions and get back to them. Very professional gentlemen.

Saw another review that is our exact situation. Kitchen is being remodeled. We had new quartz counter put in with a brand new sink. I purchased a new faucet and garbage disposal. Nothing to remove, everything ready to go. The dishwasher simply needs to be reconnected. (Maybe a 2 min job). The young lady walked back in with a straight face and said it would be. 1200.00. We said that was ridiculous so she returned with a price of 747.00. I get it, there is a lot of money pouring in from NJ and NY etc. and they figure throw ridiculous pricing against the wall and a lot will stick. Our usual plumber quoted 400.00 but is away for the holidays and we didn't want to wait. WE'LL WAIT.

Seaside was recommended to me by a neighbor. They responded the next day as requested. The customer service rep was professional and courteous. The plumber, Aaron was very helpful and knowledgeable. He called and texted that he was on the way.
I was so impressed that I purchased a Friends and Family Plan.

abusive pricing. usary
for a job that took less than10 minutes to do... they wanted $ 370
not your family plumber.
everyone is entitled to a profit.. but really? find a company that is human.

Image 1: Issue was someone used silicone to mend a pipe..(yup crazy) Seaside wanted $370 to fix.
Image 2: The Fernco boot cost $7.56 Home Depot took 5-10 minutes to put on. So what is reasonable for labor $360? ... you decide what is fair.
Note: They came out saw the problem then gave the estimate. ( smh)
but did not get the job.
after reading other reviews ..$370 seems to be their minimum price. wow

Had no hot water. called seaside plumbing, _so glad i did
the Co responded immediately by phone and asked about the hot water tank and said they are sending their technicians out right away.
Two knowledgeable employees were here ASAP, 1) Austin Copeland and
2)Caleb Norfolk. Austin explained everything to me including the price.
I decided on their recommendation to replace my hot water heater because to fix the heating element on my burnt up one would be half of what a new one was. I want with a tank less Rinnai heater.
Bottom line, if i could i would give this Co and employees 10 Stars.
Very satisfied.
Thank You, REGINA Y.
