Easy to get an appointment. Didn't have to wait weeks or months. On time. Friendly and knowledgeable serviceman. Went above and beyond to fix the problem under the kitchen sink and did not overcharge. In fact, did not charge for the part but just the call. Problem solved. Great price!

They did a nice job. The pricing was the most expensive I've ever experienced. I understand it's a resort town, but charging more than a surgeon for a simple pipe fix is unacceptable. I paid the bill and assure you I will never use this company again, but will tell everyone I know how taken advantage of I was by my experience.

A significant water leak under my kitchen sink resulted in no water at all in my kitchen. A phone call to Chrissy at Seaside, sent Joe and Austin to our immediate assistance.
We joined their friends and family program last year, so having a contract with them gives members benefits. This group more than lives up to what they say. They have helped us in the past and each time, their fast, efficient, knowledgeable, courteous, respectful, and I know we couldn't do any better, ever!
3rd time for us using their service.
You can't do wrong with this family owned business. Their excellent! Thank you Chrissy, Joe, Austin, Josh, and Lauren! We are so glad to have you to help us, it's such a peace of mind! A+ all the way!

Other reviews are accurate, beware. Won't comment on the company's work, but I can say I wouldn't hire them to work for me. They want you to pay $70 just to have someone come out to give you pricing for any work. Will not give any information over the phone, not even ""this is what it cost on other jobs we've completed"". Operator's job is ""just to get the tech out"" and doesn't know anything that can be useful. If you don't like the pricing, say they give you a crazy estimate of $800 just to tighten a faucet, you still have to pay $70 for that bid... what? High pressure sales tactics. No thanks.

From the moment I called Seaside Plumbing I felt listened to and understood. I was given a number of options and they exceeded my expectations for a speedy response. i received absolutely outstanding service from Joseph Paul. He called ahead, arrived on time, and proceeded with professionalism and care with regards to social distancing and personal protective equipment. He quickly diagnosed the plumbing problem and fixed it efficiently and for a reasonable price. Seaside Plumbing is the only place I would consider for any plumbing project. I would highly recommend this company!

Needed a part for one shower in a house we just purchased. The plumber came and said we needed a new hot water heater ($4360) although the hot water heater was working just fine. When he realized we weren't buying his story - he replaced the pressure balancing spool and charged $491.25. After he left it still wasn't working, so we called again and waited for another plumber. The 2nd one replaced the part and got it working in 5 minutes. Labor and part (and our time waiting for 2 plumbers) too much $$$. Never Again.

Was in Ocean City with a few friends Saturday to close up the house for the winter. While in the crawl space we discovered that the main water line into the house was leaking at a steady stream. When we tried tighten the clamp the hose came off spewing water everywhere.

We called Seaside and Wally was assigned to our job. Wally called and said he was in the Ocean City Parade and would respond as soon as the roads cleared. In the meantime we called the public works to cut off the water supply.

Well the Ocean City tech came out right before the parade started to cut off the water, he was very helpful and made sure we knew how to turn the water on with the tools we had.

Wally from Seaside showed up a few hours later after the parade cleared and fixed the issue in minutes. He was very helpful and offered a protection plan that saved us money and recommended some changes to the system for easier winterization in the future. Would recommend to anyone.

Our water heater went out in our beach house. This is not the best time of year to have services done since many home owners are requesting home repairs and services before summer. We called Home Advisors. Jennifer from Seaside Plumbing called us back in five minutes. We told her we had a very small window of time to have this service done and she arranged a service call for the next day. Jennifer called us two hours before our service time to see if we were going to make it to the beach house on time. James and RoDan came right on time. James explained the options and the price for each option. We opted for a new water heater that they were able to install that afternoon. These are top notch professionals and are now our go-to plumbers. The warranty they offer for maintenance and repair is a good deal. We cannot recommend them more highly. From beginning to end this was an excellent service experience.

They turned a very bad experience into a tolerable experience by refunding some of my money. I revised my response and am updating my score as a result. I appreciate their efforts to resolve my concerns noted below.

I had a toilet issue in our OC half bath. Jenn at Seaside was very personable and they were quick to respond to my call. However, after $263 which included ""auger toilet to clear blockage and test"" but the very next day, toilet wouldn't flush. I hoped I paid for the ability to flush the toilet but when I called them back, I was told for $896, a new toilet can be installed. They would apply what I already paid toward the new bill but if they couldn't fix first time, how do I know they can fix with an additional $600?

They were very responsive, friendly and timely I will give them that. Just not reasonably priced...$700 is just WAY TOO MUCH to unclog a bath tub!

My big issue is over charging. I really do not have issue paying $187 for an emergency service Saturday call but to pay close to $600 to to snake a tub for less than 30 minute job is just excessive. I would have not been offended with a $500 bill in total but this was just again excessive. I know we could have said no but we had tenants arriving in 2 hours and had to get the repaid done. I could have truly done the repair myself if we lived closer. So a total bill to unclog a tub being close to $700 is just WAY TOO MUCH!

I also do understand the majority of the jobs are done in the months of April through October but again be fair and reasonable and you will get my repeat business every single time. My family owns over 15 homes in Ocean City and Ocean Pines. I am not going to suggest we use them again based on the excessively high rates in my opinion.

So I will say they do have the the customer service part down , they just need to find a balance with what to charge and still offer a value for the customer as well.

All clogged up with nothing else to do...
