After resolving a shower issue in excellent form I called Seashore Plumbing again to replace a broken water heater. They were able to quickly get over to our house, find the problem, and replace the water heater. Looks like excellent work and was done at a fair price. Clean and neatly installed. You replaced the drain, snaked the line, changed out the hot and cold valve stems, seats, and handles and now it's like new. What a night. It started when the lovely missus called me to the garage where we have our washer and dryer. The washer drains into a washtub. I see that it was full and she says that it is not draining. I tried all the tricks on the internet to unclog a tub full of soapy water. No success. The good thing is that this clog is localized and not causing the toilets or baths to fill. Well my daughter has used the services of Seashore Plumbing and suggested I call. He is in the HB area. I called and Mr. Gardner said he would come at noon this morning. Right on time and I showed him the tubs and the drain problem. He was already looking for a vent on the roof. I let him know to get it unplugged. He will go on the roof with his ladder and his equipment. Wow, he said he went about 40ft to clear the clog. We checked and sure enough it was draining like new. Ward Gardner of Seashore Plumbing saved the day and for me any price to get it done was worth it. He takes a CC. The lovely missus can restart with the laundry.
