Matt came out really fast on a Sat. No one any more goes on a roof to snake my clogged plumbing. But it's the only access! Thank goodness Matt took all his equipment on the roof & cleared my clogged lines. And his charge was very reasonable. I was overjoyed!! Pipes are original & old...cracked & roots eventually clog pipes. Sooo grateful & thankful for Matt. Super pleasant, too.

Cost for the service call was $125. To replace a toilet flush valve was $45. $170 total. I should have shopped around as now I am understanding other plumbers would have charged $120 total.
Plumber was quick to respond. Not very personable.

Threatening to file a lien after installing a faulty hot water heater that had a 10 year warranty!
Do not work with these guys they never came in to try to fix the heater a few days after it was installed and nearly blew up we had to have someone else come in to fix it as we went days without hot water now just a couple weeks in they've sent me legal documents and are threatening to file a lien on my property!

Requested a quote on a Sunday morning for a leaking pipe under our kitchen sink. He responded within an hour, didn't charge an extra service fee given that it was a Sunday and stated he could be at my house within the hour. The leak only took a half hour to fix, his prices were very reasonable. Super happy with his service and would use him again in a heartbeat!

They were able to quickly get over to our house, find the problem, and replace the water heater. Looks like excellent work and was done at a fair price. Clean and neatly installed.
