Founded in 1961 by Donald Seaman, Seaman's Mechanical started as a one-truck repair and installation operation fueled by determination. Randy Seaman succeeded his father in 1988 and, alongside his team, transformed Seaman's into a recognized HVAC company. Seaman's remains a family-owned and operated business today, committed to installing and servicing top-tier equipment with exceptional craftsmanship.

As a top player in the HVAC and refrigeration market in Western Michigan, we uphold our core values of honesty, integrity, fairness, respect, transparency, and courtesy. These family values are integral to Seaman's and are embraced by our entire team. We take satisfaction in the quality and efficiency of our services and strive for excellence. Our service team is on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We offer a full-service design/build department.
Randy's commitment to quality work, ethical practices, and enhancing the HVAC field led to him receiving the ACCA Commercial Contractor of the Year award in 2001 and 2002. The Air Conditioning Contractors of America (ACCA) is the exclusive national body for small businesses that design, install, and service indoor environmental systems.
