Established by Donald Seaman in 1961, Seaman's Mechanical began as a repair and installation service with a single vehicle and immense resolve. In 1988, Randy Seaman took the reins from his father and, with his team, developed Seaman's into an award-winning HVAC business. Seaman's remains a family-owned and operated business today, committed to installing and servicing top-tier equipment with exceptional craftsmanship.

As a leader in the Western Michigan heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration industry, we stay true to our core values of honesty, integrity, fairness, respect, openness, and courtesy. These family values are integral to Seaman's and are embraced by our entire team. We take satisfaction in the quality and efficiency of our services and strive for excellence. Our service team is on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We also have a comprehensive design/build department.
Randy's dedication to quality craftsmanship, ethics, and improving the HVAC industry earned him the ACCA Commercial Contractor of the Year award in both 2001 and 2002. The Air Conditioning Contractors of America (ACCA) is the sole national organization representing small businesses that design, install, and maintain indoor environmental systems.
