I was very lucky to find Seale Plumbing (Patrick). I was able to get a same day appointment to fix a broken valve at a very reasonable price. Patrick thank you for your service.
We discovered a water leak had been happening for awhile without us detecting it and had ruined the bedroom floor. Of course it was during the holidays which just compounded the problem. Thankfully Patrick saved the day by sending Mario and his crew out to repipe and Ernesto and his crew to repair the walls. They did a fantastic job in record time. Thank you Patrick, Mario and Ernesto! I love finding skilled tradesmen who do the job right the first time. We highly recommend Seale Plumbing.
julie s.My tenant from a rental property I own informed me that the shower in one bathroom was backing up into the bathtub in another bathroom. I called Seale Plumbing, spoke with a very nice person, and the issue was resolved within three hours. It was $125, and the tenant reported that the whole process took about 20 minutes. Guess I wonder about the cost of $6.25/minute, but would call this company out again to avoid more hassle.
Alfredo R.Patrick once again helped me in a pinch. My kitchen faucet needed to be replaced the day after Christmas and Patrick came within a few hours of me reaching out! I have used him several times in the past and also at my former house. He has never failed to fix the problem quickly. Thanks again Patrick!
Khalid S.6 years after my first experience with Patrick, and he's still got it. This time our tenant had a main break. Lots of water buildup around the house. Sent a few photos and he jumped on it within hours. Again, you pay a small premium for the good quality and responsiveness, which is exactly why I'll keep using the service.
Paul W.We first found Patrick at Seale a few years back for our old house in Fullerton. We had lots of issues and he gave us a fair price and did great work. He was always very honest and straight forward with us. He did major work, and minor work for us. He just left our (newer) house today after having come and fixed a pin hole leak under the house (not nice to hear water gushing when there should not be!). Not only do we keep using him i have referred him to my friends and they are very happy. I 100% recommend him and guarantee this is a legitimate customer review not a marketing lie. Our new house is in Fullerton as well so we have always used him in our local area. Need a plumber? Call Seale he will sort you out.
A friend referred Patrick to me when my mom had some plumbing issues. It turned out to be quite a large job, and he was awesome! My mom had some health issues, but Patrick was sensitive and worked as quietly as he could and did a fantastic job. He as since done a different job for her which also turned out well! Then we had a surprise job pop up at our house and Patrick was quick, honest, and got the job done right! He even remembered my mom and asked how she was. We are so happy to have someone to rely on and are happy to recommend him!
Jed S.Want to feel the exhilaration of a high-pressure sales talk during an emergency? Want to be talked down to? Want to feel stupid? Then Patrick is the plumber for you!
Having done good work for us in the past, Patrick shocks me by being one of the more impatient, rude, prideful, condescending, unreasonable humans I've encountered in my life. I don't understand how someone can amass such high reviews in a day and age where customer service is so important.
We wake up at 5am to a semi-flooded hallway from a thin jet of water shooting out from one of our walls. I know exactly who to call because of his past work. He is the only one awake and kind enough to answer my 630a call and says he can make it by 11 or 12. He gets a flat tire unfortunately, but trusting in him as the man for the job I wait for him despite the many other plumbers I contacted. I commend him for even making it after getting his tire fixed.
When he arrives he quickly assesses the situation, peeling away at the soggy drywall and discovering the culprit section of old copper piping that had corroded to the point of springing a leak. This is where things start going downhill.
I don't realize how central and vital this section of piping is, which is my fault in that I can't grasp his explanation of why we couldn't just excise and cap the leaky section of pipe. The section needed to be replaced. But despite me being polite, at least 3 times during his explanation he says ""Jed you're not understanding"" or ""Jed you're not listening."" But I hold my tongue and stay polite. He also repeatedly emphasizes the need to replace the whole house's piping with pex or else these leaks will just keep happening elsewhere. He says this will cost $6000 not including drywall repair (another $1200) vs. the temporary solution of just replacing the section of pipe for $275. Of course I opt for the latter. He removes the section of pipe and bridges it with a long section of pex that he's able to mostly stuff into the wall, but it still partially protrudes out (see photo). Nevertheless, I am appreciative because it's still a better than expected result, and I'm willing to pay the $275.
But the next day I'm scratching my head as to how we're gonna repair the drywall when the pipe is protruding out of the wall. I text him asking him how much more it would cost to fix that. He then calls me and I put him on speaker phone so my wife can listen. She attests that despite me being polite, he comes out with guns blazing calling me a ""whiner"" and repeating ""I'll never make you happy."" Here I am just wondering how we can make the situation better, and he'd rather insult me than reason with me. I would've been willing for him to finish the job even at additional cost, but now, never again. He showed so much pride and disrespect to me in front of my family, TWICE, that I truly hope he was just having a bad day and that this is not his baseline. He cites the time he didn't charge us much in the past, and now I'm wondering if that was his defense for charging us more this time, but for just a ""temporary"" solution? It's not even the price that bothers so me so much as how I feel he left me hanging to figure out the permanent solution on my own. Oh and when I finally confront him about how he talked down to me impatiently the day before, his defense is ""Well you kept asking the same question over."" When I said ""I'm not a plumber,"" he replies ""I'm not perfect."" How bout I'm sorry?
I gave him a 5 stars in December when I thought we had found out go-to plumber. All I can say now sadly is stay away.
Hugo A.We had a rusted out drain pipe in our bathroom. Patrick gave me a quote over the phone and came by the same day to finish the job.
Seale Plumbing is a dependable and knowledgeable plumbing service. They have been our ""go to"" plumbing service for almost 5 years. We bought an old house and it has needed a few different jobs over the years. Our whole family uses Seale for our plumbing needs -- 4 homes in the Fullertonaheim area. From burst pipes to tankless water heater descaling, each job has been done in a timely manner at a fair price.
