Wow! I don't even know where to begin to say what a great Company Seale plumbing is! Patrick is a man of integrity that you can trust. I do not trust Company's to not overcharge or tell me I need something I don't. I especially am annoyed by service charges when I simply want a quote and some information before moving forward. I called at least 10 plumbers - maybe more and most will definitely not come out without charging you just to look and most definitely will not give you a quote over the phone even when you know exactly the service you need done! We had a plumbing back up where nothing worked - no toilets, showers etc. and of course it was on a weekend! Patrick himself came out on Saturday without charging me!!! On a Saturday!!! Who does that? A good man, that's who! He took the time to assess everything, looked in the bathrooms, walked around my house looking to see if we had a clean out (I had no idea!). He told me exactly what was going on to the best of his knowledge. Either it is a broken pipe problem or roots - to find out we need to get a camera down there and then once we know we can jet it out! Well... he wasn't going to charge me an insane amount but because I wasn't sure how much these things should be I called around. Every plumber I called was charging $200-$1,000 more!! For the same service! It was crazy. We paid another guy to come and just snake it to get by since we didn't have the money then. Later when I told Patrick, he said he would have worked a payment plan out for us! He knew that snaking it was NOT the answer as it wouldn't last for long. And of course... he was right! It was only a few weeks later that we were back in the same mess when Patrick would have had it taken care of for us already! Again... good man! If you are not a trusting person like me, learn from my mistakes and research and calls to numerous plumbers... Patrick is knows what he is doing, is a man of integrity, and will not overcharge you. Trust me, Seale Plumbing is the company to go with!

Excellent service. I called Patrick in the morning about a plumbing problem. He gave me an estimated cost over the phone and an estimated time of arrival. He called later to confirm the appointment and came by about noon as promised. He fixed the problem quickly for a reasonable price. I couldn't ask for more.

This guy Patrick is a joke. Called him to make an appointment the day before and he said he would call me after his previous appointment. He comes to my restaurant unannounced and gets mad at me and calls me disrespectful because I was running late. are you kidding me?! dont bother with him.

Very pleased with the service.

I started to have a back flow issue and called the guys who advertise on the radio. They tried to snake the line but found nothing but then offered to hydrojet the line for $1500. I decided to call around and Patrick offered the same service for a fraction of the price. Since it wasn't an emergency we scheduled for a Monday appointment. Juan came out, ran the camera and realized the way my plumbing was set up the hydrojet service was not going to work. Understanding the overall issue I had them come out the next day and do some extensive work to re-route the line from the master bath to the main, taking a smarter route than what was previously installed (the previous home owner did this himself). During this time the main was cleaned out (lots of tree roots) using the hydrojet process. Now there is better flow and future access for any plumbing issues.

I had read great reviews on Yelp about Seale Plumbing so I called and got a call right back!, spoke with Patrick and explained about our clogged toilet. He came the same day after he had a long day, we were so grateful! He fixed the clogged toilet and cleaned up after he was done. He only charged what he quoted and gave great advise for future issues! I kept his card on my fridge, so when my elderly mother had a kitchen drain issue I gave her Patrick's number. She called and scheduled for the next day. He was there on time and very professional. He had did an excellent job and replaced an ancient pipe and connectors under sink. She was Happy w/quoted price for what he had done that day! So 4 months later with another issue she called him back and he came out the next day ,he took it as challenge. He had to snake the drain all the way to the street and found the problem! It was a small dish cloth! She is now telling all her friends and neighbors about Patrick and how he has a good sense of humor. And she now has his card on her fridge as well!

I've used Seale plumbing for my past two issues, and I am very impressed with the quality of service that Patrick delivers.

The first service call was for the removal of a toilet paper roll dispenser that SOMEONE in my house- [cough] my wife [cough]- accidentally dropped into a flushing toilet. Patrick was at our house within a half hour, and was very professional, and didn't make fun of us for what happened! He removed the toilet, borrowed a wire coat hanger, and managed to get the spring-loaded tube dislodged from underneath. He also replaced the toilet gasket, and cleaned the work area when finished.

The other service call was for a clogged bathroom sink. He used a ""snake"" to clear out the delicious black sludge from the drain pipe, and even gave me some DIY advice on things I can do to improve the quality of my drains and on things that I can replace down the road if I wanted to. The drain pipe he cleaned out is old and rust is winning the corrosion battle, so I asked what he thought about replacing the pipes beneath our house. Where most others would, at this point, try to up-sell me on potentially unnecessary procedures, Patrick gave me more DIY advice on the tools I would need and things I would have to do if I ever wanted to do it.

Overall, Patrick is a genuine and honest guy who truly cares about the quality of work that he's asked to do. He may not be the cheapest solution to a given problem, but you're paying for his knowledgeable expertise and top-notch service. I will use him for any and all future plumbing situations. He also has a cool Irish accent!

We called Patrick on a Friday night, and he agreed to show up in 30 min. He's a kind Irishman and is very knowledgeable about his craft. He thought he was going to have to waterjet our line, but he worked hard and was able to clear the clog with a snake and my hose. He was very fair on his price quote and honored his quote. We highly recommend Patrick, don't even bother calling anyone else!

Was having issues with my water heater leaking. Patrick had a long day at another site but managed to come out to my house well beyond the normal working hours of most plumbers. He diagnosed the issue quickly as a leaking inner tank and mentioned that if it were still under warranty I should be able to get the heater for free. Since it was too late to go get a replacement, he just made sure everything was shut down properly, left me with a fair quote and didn't even charge me for the visit.

Fantastic service and I will be sure to call him the next time I have any sort of plumbing needs.
