I've used Seale plumbing for my past two issues, and I am very impressed with the quality of service that Patrick delivers.

The first service call was for the removal of a toilet paper roll dispenser that SOMEONE in my house- [cough] my wife [cough]- accidentally dropped into a flushing toilet. Patrick was at our house within a half hour, and was very professional, and didn't make fun of us for what happened! He removed the toilet, borrowed a wire coat hanger, and managed to get the spring-loaded tube dislodged from underneath. He also replaced the toilet gasket, and cleaned the work area when finished.

The other service call was for a clogged bathroom sink. He used a ""snake"" to clear out the delicious black sludge from the drain pipe, and even gave me some DIY advice on things I can do to improve the quality of my drains and on things that I can replace down the road if I wanted to. The drain pipe he cleaned out is old and rust is winning the corrosion battle, so I asked what he thought about replacing the pipes beneath our house. Where most others would, at this point, try to up-sell me on potentially unnecessary procedures, Patrick gave me more DIY advice on the tools I would need and things I would have to do if I ever wanted to do it.

Overall, Patrick is a genuine and honest guy who truly cares about the quality of work that he's asked to do. He may not be the cheapest solution to a given problem, but you're paying for his knowledgeable expertise and top-notch service. I will use him for any and all future plumbing situations. He also has a cool Irish accent!

We called Patrick on a Friday night, and he agreed to show up in 30 min. He's a kind Irishman and is very knowledgeable about his craft. He thought he was going to have to waterjet our line, but he worked hard and was able to clear the clog with a snake and my hose. He was very fair on his price quote and honored his quote. We highly recommend Patrick, don't even bother calling anyone else!

I called this morning and got the greatest follow up and follow through. He arrived when he said he would, identified my problem and quoted me a great price. He was done within 30 minutes and was highly professional, I will be using this plumber again for any problems we have,

Was having issues with my water heater leaking. Patrick had a long day at another site but managed to come out to my house well beyond the normal working hours of most plumbers. He diagnosed the issue quickly as a leaking inner tank and mentioned that if it were still under warranty I should be able to get the heater for free. Since it was too late to go get a replacement, he just made sure everything was shut down properly, left me with a fair quote and didn't even charge me for the visit.

Fantastic service and I will be sure to call him the next time I have any sort of plumbing needs.

Showed up on time (on a weekend), took care of my blocked line, didn't try to talk me into extra work, and charged a very fair price.
I will be saving their number for future use.

About 6 months ago I had a small pinhole leak on one of the PVC elbows involved in the irrigation system for my lawn. Patrick came out and fixed it, charging me $225 for 30 minutes worth of work. This seemed a bit pricey to me, but I nevertheless would have been willing to accept it as one of life's necessary expenses if after 2 months the area he ""repaired"" hadn't begun to leak again. Rather than paying for additional plumbing services, I went to Home Depot, spent $12 on parts and supplies, and fixed it myself. I have had no problems since. Although Patrick himself is a very personable fellow, after speaking to other homeowners in my neighborhood I now realize that I was substantially overcharged for what ultimately amounted to a shoddy and impermanent repair.

Patrick was EXCELLENT. Quoted a reasonable price over the phone ($125 for a sink that wouldn't unclog). I called on a Friday night - he advised me to wait until 8:30 am on Saturday due to cost. He was on time and seemed very professional. He discussed options and prices as the job progressed - it was not easily fixed. I had tried to snake out the problem myself, so I was pretty sure it was not a easy quick fix. Afterwards, he pointed out how I upgrade my sink plumbing without a huge pressure sales job.

Will definitely call him if I need another plumbing job.

In a pinch I called on of those BIG companies to come out and help. We had all the sewage backing up into the downstairs shower. After they came out they told us in order to fix the issue it would cost $7000. We could not afford that and they offered no other solution. In desperation I attempted to call another plumber for a second opinion. I cam upon this company. SEALE PLUMBING. OMG...they saved us!! Not only were they honest and prompt but they were understanding of our financial situation. They offered us a REAL solution. They showed us step by step with their underground cameras what the problem was and how cheap indeed a fix it was. Sure, we have to do some repiping in the future due to roots growing into the pipes but they bought us time and in the future when we can afford them it's totally doable. NOT $7000!!! Then they cleaned up the mess the EXPENSIVE plumbers left behind just because they have integrity and compassion. I will NEVER use another plumger!!
Thanks Guys!! Your new customers in MISSION VIEJO!

The master bathroom has had drain issues since we moved in (which is about six years ago). I have been able to get pass it all these time by using all sorts of drano but started to run out of luck in the last few times. I knew it was time to call up a profession and was lucky to find Seale Plumbing on Yelp.

Patrick showed up promptly Saturday morning with his gears and went right to work. No fuss, no mess. Now my drain is flowing beautifully with no signs of clogging or back-flowing. Thanks Patrick!
