Patrick saved us once again this week. We had a dishwasher delivered and needed it installed quickly and he came the very next morning and did an amazing job. He has worked on our plumbing numerous times and is always thorough, clean and gets the job done! Everything from hot water issues, clogged toilets (a kid flushed a toy ), leaks, and now the dishwasher. He's reliable, honest and we would totally recommend him to anyone looking for a plumber.

This summer while traveling in another state our college aged daughter found our bathroom was flooded with water and she could hear the water spraying from a pipe. She called us panicked!!! Patrick has worked on our house several times before and we had no problem giving him the combo to our home so he could fix the problem.
Patrick is trustworthy and honest. Being able to call him up and know he would take care of us is an invaluable asset that I couldn't ever place on anyone else. He has integrity and will treat you honestly. We couldn't give him enough stars!!
Thank you Patrick! You are THE BEST out there!

This is a long overdue review. Patrick has been our plumber for several years now and has handled jobs both big and small. After having dealt with some dubious contractors, it was a relief to find someone trustworthy and reliable. Patrick has been honest, professional, and just plain nice. He is very responsive and his work is always top-notch. We're happy to have found our forever plumber and wouldn't dream of calling anyone else.

We decided to change our kitchen sink a few days ago. I had some experience with bathroom sinks, but our kitchen sink has two drains. One was for the garbage disposal, the other for the right sink tub. Then there are the drain hoses for the dishwasher, the aerator, and the hose back into the garbage disposal. It was a lot of work, and I am over sixty and a cancer survivor. When we turned the water back on, there were drips coming from several places. We had done our best and decided we needed some help, so we called Patrick. He fixed our water heater the first time we called him, then replaced the water heater the second time a few years later, so we know his great work very well. He came by that evening, and took a look at the leaks. The next day he was back with the right parts and fixed everything within an hour! He really is the best, and we really appreciate his amazing skills. This guys knows his profession well and makes it look so easy. Thanks again Patrick! We are so glad we know you!

I'm a realtor with a broker's license - tomkoel.com. Plumbing is one of those mysterious icky trades few people know about and even fewer people want to be involved with. It is EASY to get ripped off and up-charged. I've seen a lot of plumbers in action and I've heard A LOT of horror stories.
Patrick Seale is the ONLY plumber I trust to touch my home or client properties. NO ONE COMES CLOSE to Patrick Seale!! He is a super hard worker, super smart, reasonably priced. He comes on time, he explains things clearly. And he NEVER tries to upcharge or make the job more complicated than it really it. He knows how to save you money, and you won't be calling him back to redo anything. HE DOES A FANTASTIC JOB THE FIRST TIME. Call Patrick and be wary of letting anybody else touch your pipes!!

Patrick is a professional problem-solver when it comes to all your plumbing needs. We had so many plumbing issues, so we called him. He's super responsive, and was able to show up within an hour or two, depending on the severity. From plugged up pipes to massive projects involving tree roots, Patrick is the guy to call. I trust him, his prices are the best I've seen, and he never will suggest more work than necessary. He's top-notch and friendly, I never have to look for another plumber again.

Patrick and his team have helped me on a number of occasions. They cleared tree roots from my sewer main and lined the pipe for a much better price than any of the other half dozen quotes I got. They left my yard in great shape when they were done.
Additionally I had a small leak dripping down from the second floor of the house, We couldn't figure out where it came from until I called Patrick to come help. He detected the leak in no time at all (crack in the tile grout around the shower edge) and we had the problem resolved in very little time. Again at a very reasonable cost.
I've been recommending Seale to everyone. They are very responsive, inexpensive and they do quality work which for someone with an older house like me is invaluable.

I had a major gas leak where the pressure meter was dropping very fast. Patrick pointed to a very small leak at one of the joint and said that cost of fix will be $600+ on top of $275 assessment cost without any guarantee.
I did not give him the job since the leak he pointed to me was nothing close to the amount of the leak indicated by the meter. Basically, I did not have confidence in him.
Later, I had another handy man look at the issue and he found out that Patrick got the direction of the gas flow wrong hence did not investigate where he really should have. Handy man fixed the issue for $150 including inspection, parts, and labor. Gas company came out confirmed that the leak was fixed and turned on the service.
Wasted $275 on Patric!

If you need an honest experienced and very reasonably priced plumber you need to contact Patrick . Honesty and integrity is Patrick! If there were more stars I would rate him higher!!!

I have called on Patrick more than a handful of times, usually emergencies (water shooting 6ft. into the air at the back of my house on a hill, for example, and a toilet about to fall thru a rotting floor, for another). He even came out and fixed my mother in law's leaky pipe and treated her like his own mother. Can't say enough about his solid, dependable, cost effective service.
