John at Seacoast is not only an expert plumber but a great person. He cares about giving good advice and doing the job right. We started calling on John because Seacoast maintains the common plumbing for the 43 year old condo community we lived in and keeps the water flowing (i.e. he knows his stuff). The things we need him for around the house are pretty minor by comparison, but he still calls back and makes time to understand and fix our problems. He is a top notch pro and our first call every time.

John is super friendly, quick, and responsible. He diagnosed our water heater issue with a few text message photos and came over the same afternoon. We are pretty careful about social distancing due to our newborn baby, and John was really mindful of that, even helping to not wake the baby. He got the info he needed and got to work. The area was a little cluttered, but he worked around it and had everything back in order. I was really pleased with the quality of the work, the quickness, and the price. What a relief to find an ""honest"" plumbing company with reasonable prices!! Kirby Roark was ""johnny on the spot"" when our hot water heater decided to bite the dust on a Friday. He and his partner, Kent, arrived at our door on Saturday morning with a new water heater. It was the same product we were replacing. They are true professionals who care about their quality of work. The price quote was inclusive of several replacement parts. Riley explained to me exactly what was involved in the replacement. I was very comfortable that they knew what they were doing!
What a pleasant experience. I am recommending to all my neighbors, as everyone is always looking for a ""good plumber""...

I had an urgent plumbing repair in a condo unit used as a vacation rental that's currently unoccupied. I had a busy family schedule with kids that needed to be picked up and it was late in the day.
