Loved that John (owner) was on time, explained the total process from what was wrong, how to fix it, how long it would take and quoted a fair estimate. He is a hard worker, polite, a true gentleman and honest. He showed me his completed work and the corroded parts he replaced. As a single woman who doesn't know anything about plumbing, him explaining everything was a huge comfort. His estimates were spot on and I truly appreciated that he didn't try to up sell or take advantage. I would highly recommend him and was completely satisfied. And he wore a mask so totally covid safe!

John is super friendly, quick, and responsible. He diagnosed our water heater issue with a few text message photos and came over the same afternoon. We are pretty careful about social distancing due to our newborn baby, and John was really mindful of that, even helping to not wake the baby. He got the info he needed and got to work. The area was a little cluttered, but he worked around it and had everything back in order. I was really pleased with the quality of the work, the quickness, and the price. What a relief to find an ""honest"" plumbing company with reasonable prices!! Kirby Roark was ""johnny on the spot"" when our hot water heater decided to bite the dust on a Friday. He and his partner, Kent, arrived at our door on Saturday morning with a new water heater. It was the same product we were replacing. They are true professionals who care about their quality of work. The price quote was inclusive of several replacement parts. Riley explained to me exactly what was involved in the replacement. I was very comfortable that they knew what they were doing!
What a pleasant experience. I am recommending to all my neighbors, as everyone is always looking for a ""good plumber""...
