Honest and Professional people.
I have an old house without proper sewer line access so they had to crawl into very tight crawl space just to get the job done.
I am happy with their work and I would recommend them to anyone.

Very professional and responsive! We had a water leak on our underground pipes, we called them and they came immediately. Unfortunately, the problem was more complicated than they originally thought it would be and they had to come back the next day to finish the job.
They fix everything the next morning and brought my water back with in 12 hours!
I highly recommend Alan and his company and I would go nowhere else for plumbing.

These guys are awesome! My shower was clogged and Allen was in the neighborhood and came over promptly and fixed it right up. Great price, great customer service, and professional. Found them on yelp, thanks for the recommendation!

Better late than never! I should've written this review a few moths ago. I have now used QQRP three times since becoming a landlord and each time Allen has been wonderful! Becoming a landlord and not living close to your rental can be quiet a problem if issues arise. But knowing that I can count on Allen makes all the difference in the world. He's honest, fair in price, and walks me step by step of what needs to be done. He gives me options and doesn't overcharge me on things I don't need. I'm glad I found them because they are extremely professional, honest, and they get the job done! They my job as a landlord easy and my tenants are happy. Thank You QQRP!

All my loose hair decided to hold hands and make a barricade in our shower drain this weekend. I quickly called QQRP and was helped by Gene, who was very professional and kind. He earned extra brownie points by telling me up front that Sunday services are more expensive than weekday services. I could tell that he genuinely cared about getting me a good price. After a short phone call, he had me set up with a same-day appointment.
My husband was determined to find the rat sized hairball with the snake and eventually he did, so I ended up cancelling with Gene. HOWEVER, this will be the first plumber I call whenever I'm in need of their services. SIDE NOTE: VERY FAIR PRICING.

ALL 5 STARS REVIEWS - IF IT IS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE - THEN IT IS NOT REAL!!
My mom's kitchen sink clogged, and laundry drained slow. She called Quick and Quality because of the ""good reviews"". Allen, the rooter told her that the drain pipe was in bad condition and needed to be replaced--and he would give her a ""good price""of $750 for the job.
Word for Word as stated from the contract: ""WILL CREDIT TODAY'S $160 TO REPLACEMENT OF THE WASTELINE. ESTIMATE TO REPLACE APPROX 35 FT OF KITCHEN & LAUNDRY WASTELINE UNDER HOME.""
When my mom tried to have the ""15% OFF FOR SENIOR CITIZENS"" Q&Q coupon applied to the quoted price, Allen was unwilling to let her use it - but eventually agreed to give her $50 off (instead of $105 off), thus a total of $700.
On the morning of the said job, Allen called and claimed that he had underestimated the length of the wasteline - and the price would be $1000 instead of $700. ""It is about 60 ft instead of 35 ft,"" ""I would guarantee the job for 25 years if we change everything, if you do not replace the whole length, we can't guarantee."" ""Other plumbers would charge you at least $1400 for this job."" ""You need to make the decision within the next 5 minutes.""
Mom said she could not get hold of my Dad and would rather not do the extra thing. Then, she was lectured/pressured by Allen, repeatedly saying, ""If you go to Home Depot, you would have to pay $100 - $200 for someone who doesn't even know plumbing, and another hundred for material."" ""You can't get any plumber to do the job for less than $300. They'll charge at least $700."" Allen was like a broken record repeating the same messages over and over again. Being pressured, Mom gave in eventually.
When I looked at the contract, I knew she had been taken as a fool. The contract stated, ""TO REPLACEMENT OF THE WASTELINE."" NOT to Partially Replace the wasteline. Both my parents admitted that they were under the impression that the whole line would be replaced for $700, and that the whole job would use approx. 35 ft. If it was just replacing 35 ft of the wasteline--there was no reason/need to use the word APPROX.
Out of curiosity, I crawled under the house and found the length of the replaced wasteline to be slightly less than 40 ft. So, that was only 5 ft difference, not 25 ft as quoted on the phone. It was not honest to claim that the underestimate was 4 times more than it actually was. Lengthening 5 ft of wasteline is not much work and would only cost about $10. Even adding an extra 25 ft wasteline would cost less than $50.
I told my elderly parents about my findings, and they felt cheated. They dreaded about having to confront Allen because of his size (6'5""). When Allen came to collect money my parents were talking to a ""broken record"" again. ""You can't find anyone to do that for less than $300. They'll charge at least $700 - 800."" ""If you can find one, show me the invoice, and I will give you the money back."" ""Even if you go to Home Depot...""
Mom said, ""I could find someone who would do that whole job for $700."" Allen said, ""Not the whole job. You won't even find anyone to do just 5 ft of wasteline for $300."" Broken record started playing again. ""If you can find someone to do it for less than $300, show me the invoice, and I will give you the money back."" ""Would you put it in writing?"" ""No, I don't have to.""
Quick and Quality is a company that has no problem doing one job and charging it as two jobs. Allen compared his double charging as a mechanics fixing a water pump and a transmission of a vehicle..
I think it is more like unto charging to replace an 18"" hose that connect the water from wall to the toilet. But since a 24"" hose is required for proper connection. According to Allen, it is fair to charge $700 for installing the first 18"" of hose, and $300 for the next 6"" of the same hose. Wow!
Is this Allen's GET RICH QUICK BY UNDERESTIMATING strategy -- to always leave off 5-10 ft of waste line in his estimation, so he could charge every job twice? - the right side of the job, and the left side of the job? - ONE JOB FOR THE PRICE OF TWO. One job is from the wall to the 35 ft mark, and the other one from the 35 ft mark to the main.
I really don't know why this company has all those reviews. However, I know for a fact that my parents would not have given it any star if they were to write. Lucky for Allen that he has so many friends and relatives. This review is to forewarn everyone and anyone -I wished my parents were forewarned.

First off I would like to say from the second I called, they were nothing but professional and courteous. Someone came to my home to fix a stubborn and clogged tub that had had a couple of bottles of Drano taken to it. Nothing had worked prior to that so I got on yelp and liked that they were conveniently close to my home. It literally took minutes to unclog it and I couldn't be happier.

I called Quick & Quality at 8:00am this morning because my kitchen, bathroom and washing machine were backing up. I told them I needed service asap because I had to leave for an appointment at 1:00pm. Allen and David were out within 30 minutes. They worked very quickly and ""neatly"" to resolve them problem. I am a happy camper!

This company has been good to us when we've used them. Quality work affordable pricing

In short, I'm glad I went with QQRP. I've dealt with many contractors since we moved into our home a few years ago, and Allen was the most professional, on-budget and on-schedule one yet.
In long: We live up a 200ft long driveway surrounded by trees. Our equally long sewer line had severe root encroachment at several points that were causing backups into our home. Making matters worse, there were no clean-outs along that line.
I spoke with 5 different rooter businesses about the situation and got prices all over the place. Allen was the only one that was suggesting ways to save money from the onset, looking for the most minimally invasive methods to assess and address the situation.
Ultimately we ended up doing trench-less repiping. Allen and his crew showed up on-time every day finished the project exactly on schedule. On the last day they did a thorough clean up, touching up the cement and washing the dirt off the driveway.
Post project I found myself researching what this service normally runs and I realized what a great deal Allen had given me. My thanks to him and the crew for a job well done.
