I needed a plumber to hook up the camper water to the house. So I hit Yelp to look for someone with good reviews and found Allen. He came over the next day. I just got the camper and was trying to figure out where the sewage pipe was and he would not stop yammering at me.

I finally found it and even though he had only been there 10 minutes he kept telling me he could not wait for me to find the pipe. Then he tells me he would charge me FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS to do the hook up! That's more than a Beverly Hills lawyer charges for what proved to be an hour of work.

I called my Handyman and he did it for $100 INCLUDING materials.

I normally never haggle about price but Allen was not only annoying, his pricing is outrageous.

I could not believe when he bent over to reveal the quintessential Plumber Crack.

Now he keeps calling me from an unidentified number. Allen if you want to communicate with me, you can send a text. I don't appreciate you trying to call me with an unidentified number. You can also answer my review publicly if you feel I am being unfair in any way.

Came out really quickly to deal with a screw up another plumber made and would not fix for 72 hours. He got our drain unclogged and stayed and tested it 3 times. He was very kind, helpful, and affordable. Would 100% recommend!

Quick Quality Rooter is the one to call with any plumbing issue. Amazing service!!! Efficient, kind and honest. We called with a major plumbing emergency at our commercial site and Alan was here quickly and worked incredibly fast to get the issue resolved as to not disturb our customers. Alan was very conscientious about installing an earthquake shutoff valve at our gas meter. A city inspector, when approving the installation of our new roof, noticed we did not have a shutoff valve and made installing one a requirement for a final approval. Alan installed the valve and seeing that the meter was so close to the house explained that the valve would not need the special bracket normally required. Of course, our by-the-letter-of-the-law inspector made an issue of having the ""proper"" bracket. Alan quickly came back and modified the factory bracket so that it would fit. Alan was always quick to return calls and timely in his appointments.

We got new washers and dryer and I am very out of the loop when it comes to these things so I called the Plummer to figure out where to start on booking these things up.


Not only did he come by to give me an inspection on the parts I would need, he made sure my machines were on the up n up, I text him while I was at Home Depot to be sure I got the correct parts which he immediately got back to me with precise details on parts.

I was on a tight schedule and he somehow and graciously fit me into it. He stopped by, quickly fixed up my machines, had me run a load to watch for leaks, clipped my dryer hose so it fit properly in my unit, and honestly was super hospitable and never made me feel like an idiot for being girl with zero knowledge in these things :)

Definitely made my day!!!

Small deal to some, huge deal to my roommate and I.

Allen was very polite, quick, and professional. I had to get the toilet pump replaced because it made funny noises. I called Q and Q up and they were able to set up an appointment the next morning.

Before Allen arrived, he gave a call to tell me he's coming. I showed him the problem, he saw it, and fixed it - simple.

It ended up costing 150.00 including parts and labor. I forgot to do this, but be sure to mention Yelp to get a discount. Allen said that for small jobs it knocks off ten, fifteen dollars and I think for large jobs, ten percent.

And there's a six month warranty.
