Wow all I have to say is good things about this company thank you Quick and Quality rooter and plumbing. Finding out your drain has an issue and backs up when you use the laundry can get annoying, however Quick and Quality rooter helped us get our drain back up and running in a very timely manner and also to note the price was very fair.

There five star rating is justified by their service and they really are good at what they do. The technician took the time to listen to our concerns and questions and then after diagnosing the problem he recommended what can be done and gave two options both long-term and short-term solution.

Although at the time we decided to just pay for the snake he had done he did let us know that we do have a 60 day warranty. After a few days we discussed the problem at home with our family and called them back to ask if he came to do the other job he mentioned what would be the charge. They were nice enough to credit the first visits amount towards hydro-jetting the line with high-pressure water which gave us a longer warranty on the line and peace of mind.

If I had 3 hands id give them 3 thumbs up.

Basically come to know it all old sewer lines eventually get root intrusion in the clay sections. We had the main sewer clogged and got plumbers that said the whole pipe from the house to the street needed to go.
Even though they werent able to give guarantee they charged for snaking. We decided to call Quick & Quality Rooter they didnt even charge for comin out and gave a very fair estimate for a small repair and to hydrojett the line.

What we thought was nice was they said if they werent able to clear it enough with the jetter we wouldnt get charged for it. To sum it up they came back did the work and got us cleared and gave 2 year guarantee on main line.

I recommend them because they were responsible to show up on time and fair pricing. Thanks Quick And Quality Rooter hopefully wont have problem but if we do we know who to call.

So we had an issue with the water running in our bathroom sink. It seemed like something was clogging it up and there was a foul odor. We called Quick and Quality Rooter and they sent a technician right over despite the fact that it was getting pretty late. The tech came in, ran a snake through the sink but It didn't seem to do much, he said the clog must be farther out so he had to bring in a bigger snake to get to my main line. In a nutshell service was great and the problem was fixed, cant ask for much more.

Great company! I arrived home late one night to find my water heater was spurting hot water. I phoned Alen and he answered the phone after hours, & talked me through how to turn it off. He made time in his schedule to arrive the next morning & talked me through my options of replacing the water heater. I decided to go with the Tank-less. His prices are quite reasonable, as I had already had a quote from MOE Plumbing & Alen's estimate came in quite lower. He finished installing the work that day, & he and his co-workers even went the extra mile, digging through in my crawlspace to make sure the gas line could be installed correctly. Great guy & great company. Highly recommend!

The guy that came was awesome. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He worked quickly and got the job done right. The price seemed a LITTLE high to me for the work but it wouldn't dissuade me from using them again.

Initially I thought they only offer drain cleaning but was surprised to find out they also offer water heater replacement. Our water heather leaked and ruined the entire hardwood floor inside the house. They recommended a Takai tank less water heater. They installed in one day and also were able to help me get a $300 rebate. Great service and awesome work.

Had a blocked kitchen sink that I just couldn't clear on my own. Called Quick & Quality Rooter around 8pm. They made every effort to get out to me that night but unfortunately their technicians were tied up. Instead, we scheduled an appointment for 8am the next morning. Technician showed up on time, immediately started snaking the drain and finally cleared it. He also took the time to glue some pipes that had come apart and seal everything up nice and tight.

All in all, an incredibly fast and trustworthy service. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a plumber.

Basically it was a saturday morning and nothing was draining which gets very annoying, however Quick and Qualtiy Rooter came out to the house and took care of it very quickly and are very fair. They are good at what they do and offer proffessional service and would comfortably recommend them. Hopefully we dont have any plumbing issues soon but if we do we know who to call.
