Scotty is definitely our new go-to plumber. He's thorough, careful, knowledgable, and dependable. He showed up smack on time, knew exactly what he was doing, passed muster with our building engineer, and did fantastic work. What impressed me even more, though, is how careful he was with the work. He knew about the unique problems presented by high-rise buildings. He made sure that the fixtures we were buying were going to be safe to use with our water pressure. He insisted on seeing the spec sheets and brought with him all the valves, hoses, and supplies that were correctly rated for our building. In short, he prevented me from making a mess of things. I can not recommend him too highly.

I needed to replace a garbage disposal and a couple connecting pipes under my sink in the kitchen. Great experience with Scott across the board: high quality, careful and very quick service (e.g., took probably only an hour all-in because Scott was efficient), competitive pricing, great responsiveness and easy communication via texts, flexible scheduling, efficient and accurate estimate with a breakdown of input costs, proper safety precautions during the pandemic (e.g., mask, social distancing), cleanliness (cleaning during and after the project being done). Scott was a good professional when discussing repair options (e.g., he shared his professional opinion but wasn't pushing a particular solution) and very detail oriented (e.g., Scott even installed the new pipes so that they consume less space under the sink than before).

He asked great questions and for pics of the sink ahead of time so he was prepared with all the replacement parts right away. Could not have asked for a better experience, especially for my first time needing a plumber in a high rise. Scotty was able to come out within 24 hours of the first call, and not only fixed our clogged sink but also gave us a few tips on other things around the sink that could be improved and even helped us do it right then and there. He was in and out, very nice, and charged a better rate than some of the other plumbers I talked to. Great experience and will use again for all plumbing issues!
