Could not have asked for a better experience, especially for my first time needing a plumber in a high rise. Scotty was able to come out within 24 hours of the first call, and not only fixed our clogged sink but also gave us a few tips on other things around the sink that could be improved and even helped us do it right then and there. He was in and out, very nice, and charged a better rate than some of the other plumbers I talked to. Great experience and will use again for all plumbing issues!

After he knew what components were needed, he quickly ran to the local hardware store, came back with what he needed. I am very pleased with the service and cost from Scotty's Plumbing. He waited for me to get home from work without rescheduling. Went to get additional connection hoses that would work for my kitchen faucet replacement, and fixed a pipe with a large hole, all for less than his initial estimate. Highly recommend. Scotty did an outstanding job. He was very easy to communicate with when it came time to schedule the visit. He was prepared and he was on time (in fact he was even early for the follow up visit). He did a good job and explained things very clearly. The prices were very fair and more clearly communicated than other local plumbers we spoke with for our sink issue.

All and all, no complaints, would highly recommend him.

Scotty is a true professional. Setting up an appointment was easy. Scotty called and confirmed two days prior to our scheduled appointment. He arrived promptly on the day of our appointment and got right to work. Scotty got the job done in a timely manner and work he did wasn't easy. Scotty's Plumbing must be on your go to list for plumbing service. You will receive professional, friendly service with a contractor that actively communication with you. Our issues were relatively minor. A few photos shared with Scotty before his appointment allowed him to pre-diagnose the issue. Pricing is more than fair. Highly recommend Scotty!
