Amazing customer service!!! I went in trying to find a part for my faucet. Not only were they able to find the type I needed but where/how I could order it since they didn't carry it. No monetary gain for them but huge thanks from me for their help. Wish I could give them more stars.

I highly recommend Scottsdale plumbing. I have used them two times now and they show up on time they clean up and do a great job after themselves. It's hard to find anybody in construction to be responsive these days. Ken was my service tech. Kimberlee was very responsive in their front office. Good people and thank you for the great job.

Called on Friday afternoon to inquire about installing a water pressure reducing valve and spoke with Todd, the Scottsdale Rd Store Manager. He quickly offered to come to my home and check my pressure to see if I really did need the valve and arrived in about 15min. He showed me on his gauge how high my pressure actually was (Scottsdale Water had previously checked it and clearly their gauge was way off) and he recommended installing the pressure reduction valve. I was already certain it was needed but grateful the need was validated by Todd checking first. Installation was then scheduled for first thing Monday morning. Todd arrived promptly at our agreed scheduled 8am time and was done in an hour! Such peace of mind to not be changing toilet flush valves every few months, purchasing new ""blown up"" garden hoses and worrying about pipe leaks.

I have a Airbnb and we had a emergency with the shower valve. I have a home warranty but I needed someone same day. Enter Scottsdale Plumbing. The plumber refused to change the valve, even though I told him I needed it done. He said they didn't have time and would search for the part. They ghosted me and did not reply to requests for updates. They had no sense of urgency or understanding that I am a business woman running a business. They finally fixed it days later after multiple missed bookings and comped nights. I could have had it done faster for $75 under my home warranty. They lie and don't return calls. Buyer beware.

Sean Rojas came to my house in August. I watched him install my new water heater which was a warranty replacement. Honestly, I've never seen a better technician than Sean. He moved unbelievably quick. I was at one time a welder with experience in soldering. I've never seen a person solder as quickly as Sean. He made certain that I got my money's worth AND my senior citizens discount. People like this make a company great.

unbelievably BAD!!! I know everyone has a plumbing story but mine is one that is reflective of how terrible customer service has been. I had a scheduled appointment 5-7p and the plumber showed up early while I was at work. I rushed home at the time of my appointment and waited for 20 min and then called. They told me that he texted me and called me, which was totally untrue; waited and then left. While I was on the phone with the office I received a text from the ""plumber"" that he was leaving my house at 5:27p (time stamped) and asked if I wanted to reschedule. I CAN TAKE A LITTLE late for an appointment BUT the LYING NO!!! Everyone I spoke with had NO solutions apologies or tried to fix the problem. If the employees lie what's the service like????

Person who answered phone was abrupt and just rude. Used this company for years till they sold to new owner. When I had an issue with work they did I was told over 30 days and my problem. Very disappointed.

Outstanding craftsmanship and outstanding value!!
Nick was our Service person, same person who came out and gave us the quote. Nick was punctual, masked up and walked me through exactly what he was going to do. Rebuilt our main Riser, replaced PRV-PVB and changed out 3 hose bibs- ( don't ask me what PRV or PVB stand for, however, 3 people informed me they should be replaced . Nick came in under his quote and was spot on the time frame he gave us to complete all the task.
I was impressed by Scottsdale Plumbing and Nick!!

Nick Hanns from Scottsdale Plumbing added a 3/4"" Ball Valve to our house water line to allow us to leave irrigation watering on and shut off water to our historic home while traveling. See the quality of the design and workmanship in the pictures!

Juan was great. He was efficient but didn't rush. He was polite, worked very clean and made sure the job was done right. I got the recommendation from my neighbors. They had Juan too and loved him. Oh, and he wore a mask the whole time. I did too.
