We were fortunate that get Juan as our Plummer as he was on-site within the hour. Professional and knowledgeable, he completed the job quickly. We found our new plumbing company!

I am so glad I stopped into Scottsdale plumbing today. My shower handle broke and after Home Depot couldn't fix it, I was referred here. Todd and Natalie were amazing! While Natalie was looking up the model number, Todd was able to get the screw loose inside the handle. You are my saving grace Todd! I was dreading having to pay hundreds of dollars for a new unit when all I needed was to re-tighten a single screw. Thank you so much! I will definitely come back to see you if I ever have a plumbing issue!

When I discovered my hot water heater tank was leaking, I used HomeAdvisor.com to get a plumber. from another business. Although it was only 4:30, the service man who came told me I could not have it replaced until after noon the following day and gave me a price of $1,425. I knew that was way high and did not want to wait with water intruding into my home. I called Scottsdale Plumbing first thing the next day and they were onsite within 2 hours, took two hours to replace the tank, and charged me under $1,000, The labor and the price included replacing all of the old pipework with fitted copper sections.
I had good experiences in the past with Scottsdale plumbing and should have called them right away, as I will in the future.

Not only was it easy to schedule an appointment as soon as we wanted, but the office also phoned the day of service to get permission for the plumber to arrive earlier, as his prior job was completed quicker than was estimated. Robert was friendly, polite & so efficient that he also completed our job in less time than allowed, thus our cost was reduced accordingly. We will definitely use this business again when a need arises and ask for Robert.

Rob came out and literally saved us $350.00! Here's our story: We have had the same beautiful stainless steel fixtures for 18 years....
All of the sudden our shower began leaking...drip drip all night! Ugh! Additionally, we had a sink faucet handle that had gotten loose. We were told by another ""professional"" plumber that the ""valves were stripped"" and he could not repair the faucet handle, that we would have to buy new faucets (at about 350.00), I started shopping. Just before buying the faucets, our hot water heaters blew, one week apart. All this within a 2 week period! (Standard maintenance when you've been in a home for so long but aggravating nonetheless). We called Scottsdale plumbing based on reviews but also following our own research to determine what to expect with the cost of new water heaters. They were competitive and professional and replaced the hot water heaters with no problems. The water heater installation is separate from ""standard plumbing"" so we scheduled a plumber a couple weeks later and in steps Rob. Prior to showing up at the house, Rob had asked us to send photos of the valve in question, an old Kohler product. He not only arrived with the exact part needed to repair the drip, but he tackled the loose handle with complete knowledge and ease. No need to buy a new faucet or a new shower valve! We are grateful to have found such a reliable and experienced plumber and a company that arrives on time and is efficient. We can't speak highly enough for both Rob and the other two gentlemen who installed our two broken hot water heaters! Thank you Scottsdale Plumbing!

We had a major water leak/flood happening in our home. We called a handful of ""emergency"" plumbers. None of which treated our emergency as such.

UNTIL we reached Robert Grimm from Scottsdale Plumbing!

Robert told us how to turn off the main water line which stopped the flooding (the other plumbing businesses had customer service people, not plumbers answering calls--even after we explained water was shooting out of the pipe, no plumber called back to explained how to stop the water).

Robert was able to come out 30 minutes later to assess and come up with a plan to fix it all.

Robert was honest, thorough and kind. We highly recommend!

We called to have a leaking hose bib repaired as well as a toilet in the barn that was broken. The technician fixed neither and we were billed for $120.00. I called and talked to Peg explaining that I was not going to pay a bill when nothing was repaired. She argued that their technician drove a long distance to get to our home in Cave Creek. I pointed out that I did not call them to drive to my home, but instead to fix a couple of plumbing issues. Ultimately, I fixed these things myself and I am no plumber by any stretch of the imagination. We have always had good results from Scottsdale Plumbing and feel that we have always been treated fairly in the past. Her reluctance to issue the credit and attitude has seriously damaged what I thought was a good relationship. It seems to me unlikely that I will call them again.

DO NOT HIRE THEM!!! The horrible experience started when I was told that the plumber would be over some time between 9-10a that morning. When he wasn't here by 10 I called and they had said they wrote my phone number down incorrectly. No problem, they said he would then be there by noon. Again, he missed that milestone and I called again. They apologized and said he would be right there. By this time I had to call in to work to use a whole PTO day to deal with this. He arrives at 4 PM.

The first thing he does is spend the first 25(yes 25 I counted because I got billed for them) minutes complaining to me about how his back hurts. I offer whatever I can to get him to start working and get done with installing my garbage disposal. Simple work right? Took a solid 2 hours to do. I'm no expert so that's not part of my review. The 25 minutes I got billed for him NOT working are.

So i had the pleasure of using a PTO day to wait around all day, and got treated to the most expensive monologue I've ever heard upon arrival.
