Scott is honest and dependable, had my water heater break as I was leaving to fly out of town, water leaking everywhere, Scott showed in 5 minutes turned off water heater said ""he's got this"" get to the airport, it will be replaced and fixed while your gone. Had it done by the time my daughter came home from work!

Hands down exceptional service! They worked so hard to fit me in as I had a time restraint of not being home. Scott came to my house personally. He was thorough in trying to diagnose the problem under my kitchen sink. He figured out it was our garbage disposal. Scott was super personable and barely charged me. We will definitely be calling them for all of our future plumbing needs. Best customer service in the office, the girls who work there are super friendly and willing to help!

So this is in response to Scott McLeod having Yelp pull down my previous review. I wrote nothing vulgar, no bad language was used. I simply stated the facts of MY experience. I kept it straight to the point. I wrote the kind of review I like to read. Quick and straightforward.
I received an email from Yelp. In the email Yelp states they pulled down my review because it lacked; in their words, lack of detail, context, and a helpful tip or two. So here it goes again

Details- I recently purchased a property in the Inland empire. Upon my inspection of the various systems in the home the gas line that feeds into the tankless waterheater was found to have a gas leak. To be a bit more specific, the leak was 2 feet past my gas meter and 4 feet before my tankless waterheater. I called the gas company who found the specific point of the leak. They turned off the gas at the meter for safety reasons and placed a lock on the meter. Gas leaks past a certain point after the gas meter are the homeowners responsibility.

Context - Since some; if not most, plumbers also fix gas lines I decided to look up local plumbers and see if any were available to come out that day, mind you I was calling early in the morning so this would give any available plumber enough time to come that same day if their schedule allowed.

Problem - I called SCOTT MCLEOD and a person identifying themselves as Cody answered. He wanted to know what I wanted. I told him I had a gas leak and would like someone to come take a look and give me an estimate for repairs. He asked for my name. Upon hearing my surname. He hung up immediately. No call back went either way.

Solution - I then proceeded to call other plumbers who were polite or had call centers take their calls and as well were very polite, courteous and we'll mannered. Most could not come that day, they were booked, some as much as two weeks in advance. But fortunately I did find a good plumber to come out that same day and fix my gas line leak. The gas company was called once more and upon inspection my gas was turned back on after the technician was satisfied with his inspection.

Helpful tip or two - my tip is... if your white and your last name sounds white then call Scott McLeod. Or more specifically make sure to ask for 'CODY'.

Conclusion - But let's say I give Cody and McLeod the benefit of the doubt and say I was not hung up on; and service was not refused based on a racial or biased bases. Maybe McLeod does not fix gas lines. Or he does not know how to service a gas line. Or is not covered by his insurance to work on gas lines. Maybe Cody accidentally stumbled and the phone flew out of his hand slamming into the ground and SHATTERED into tiny tiny pieces and he was unable to call me back.

As stated up top when you began to read this review, this is in response to McLeod plumming having Yelp pull down my previous review.
McLeod should have responded to that review as other plumbers with bad reviews have done. That gives Yelp what it wants: BETTER CONTEXT, MORE DETAIL, and a helpful tip or two.
