Eric was a pro in that he was so fast to pinpoint what the problem with my kitchen faucet was and speedily repaired it. I bought a new kitchen faucet just in case but it looks like I'm going to return it :-) I also loved how he was well mannered and patient enough to teach me what he did so that I can fix the issue if it rises again in the future.

Dillion arrived early to fix my leaky toilet. Being a senior on only social security it was a shock at how much it was going to cost. I told him I had another estimate coming the next day.

The fact I am having to sell my house because I'm a widow running out of money; I'm really at the point of just burning this house down. I mean how much worse could prison be, right?

Anyway, he asked, how much did you think it would cost?"" ""Not more than $250, and added don't you have a senior discount?"" He said, "" Let me go look in my truck, I'll be right back.""

When he returned he said, how does $295 sound? I said, ""Sold!""

On his way out he noticed our corroded water pressure gauge that I didn't even know what it was our water pressure was 164 it's supposed to be 64. He explained three things I could do. Cheapest, middle or whole thing which will have to be done for final inspection anyway. I called someone I trust and he said I could chance it.

I could never leave whomever bought this which it A LOT of money & a few weeks later have their pipes burst! So I did the middle solution hoping my money holds out until my house sells.

I will call Dillon back to put that other last thing on the water heater when I sell. He did a great job.

We have had Scott McLeod Plumbing do a lot of work for us over the years. Always fully satisfied. Most recently we had Kyle install a Moen Flo device to protect our home from water damage. It has worked out great and was tested IRL last week when we returned from a two week vacation. While we were watering plants and doing laundry, the system alerted us to unusual activity. The device sent an email, a text, and called my cell phone saying it would shut off the water if we didn't respond. And it did just that. Since I didn't have my phone with me, I didn't respond to the warnings and the system shut off the water. The system learned our behavior and knew something was off. Having experienced major damage from a water leak in the past, this device really gives me peace of mind when we are not at home.
