Not only are you extremely polite and professional and the most hardworking worker yet, but Fantastic job!!.. And while you are still working on our building.. We couldn't ask for a more competent plumber.

Thank you Elliot, for coming to my rescue and running through building locating the problem and fixing that in less than 30 minutes.
Extremely impressed.

And thankfully while he was here he located other leaks, and replacing pipes... It's a grueling job!!
Working on pipes that were put in 1950 and are crumbling is opening up a can of worms.. Pipes just crumbling and creating more leaks.
They are putting in a lot of time under so much pressure.
I know they are screaming inside their heads.. But they remain so calm and not letting it show.

This company is exactly the kind of professionalism and service you not only should expect but most often you can never get.

Dealing with contractors can be such a challenge for most.. I can honestly say, you guys, are the most efficient, easy going crew, and finding things that so many other plumbers here missed or Mickey moused in building.
You guys are awesome!!

Such a great company, showed up on time, professional. Didn't overcharge me. Went above and beyond. The plumber Brian who has only been working with the company for 3 months was so helpful and courteous. I will gladly recommend this company. They will be my exclusive plumbers I go to from now on. I had a plumbing emergency at around 8:30pm. I called a bunch of company's but they gave me the run around. This company is honest, reliable and very affordable.

Called Scott English Plumbing to come out for a water heater leak, a referral from my father in law, when I requested the same plumber my father in law had I was told he no longer worked there & ""they couldn't give info on where he was currently"" so they sent out a different plumber who tried to charge us a ridiculous fee for a water heater repair!! Needless to say we took our business elsewhere...

Have had Scott English plumbing do our repairs for 10 years. Always response and staff are neat and knowledgeable. Had them install a handicapped commode last week. Perfect and Matt Hamry is always polite, works clean and does a great job.

i am a contractor and was working at a customers home and the home owner called Scott English Plumbing to reset a toilet. The cast iron toilet flange was broken where one of the bolts come through. I have seen several toilet flanges fixed with a simple inexpensive device designed for this specific purpose (about a 15 min fix). Scott English Plumbing quoted a very very high price to do the repair, over 3 times the cost to reset the toilet! This elderly homeowner was being taken advantage of and I asked the plumber to just use the device and was told it wouldn't last. He also asked if I was paying for the repair, I wasn't, and what difference does that make. I won't say how much was quoted but it was around $200 an hr. for several hrs.
I don't know how any plumber can justify those kind of charges!

Our old water heater recently gave up. We noticed water on the sidewalk outside of our condo.
Our neighbor informed us that it was coming from the water heater drain. We called Scott
English Plumbing at 7:00 PM. He was at our house within an hour! After looking at the heater
he assured us that it was done and that we would be safe until the next day. Scott arrived
the next day at the exact time he said he would be here with our new heater. He was alone
and we were amazed at how quickly he had the old heater out. The new one was in and
working in a short while. Scott wore booties and had a long runner to protect our floors. He
was also just a nice guy, easy to talk to. He helped me move a piece of furniture that belonged
in front of the door housing the heater.

Once he left we had our new water heater in and everything was clean and in place. You can
not ask for anything more. I do not hesitate to advise you to call Scott English Plumbing!!

Called Scott English to make an appointment to repair my toilet. The dispatcher was freindly, professional and efficient. He called me the next day at the time we had agreed on to let me know the technician would arrive within 15 minutes. The tech (Greg from Huntington Beach) arrived on time was friendly , informative and performed the his work quickly. The dispatcher and technician were efficient, professional and friendly - I will use Scott english again .Thanks!

I had Scott English plumbing out to repair a toilet that leaked in a rental unit I own. They were the preferred plumber of my HOA association. Tracy showed up on time and was professional and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem and replaced the fill valve, flapper and supply line. Took about 40 minutes. I was charged $255. It seemed a bit high. I also did some google ""research"" and that too reinforced my gut feeling of being overpriced I would probably give them more stars had the price not been so high. Also, I was told I would receive a $25 check for leaving a Yelp review. Well, I'm here to tell you that is not true. I even emailed them and never heard back. I don't do business this way. I will not waste my time with a gimmicky unscrupulous, overpriced company like Scott English plumbing when there are too many honest, fairly priced and integral plumbers out there.

Tracys Smith was the plumber sent out by Scott English Plumbing to my home to unclog a pipe for me. He was very curtious, answered all my questions and did his work in a prompt and very professional way.
