Pros- honesty, great service, and great plumbers. Today Chris T was awesome, friendly, and wasn't upset at all that he had to come out for something that was an easy fix!

We've had to use Scott English plumbing a few times because our condo complex is old. They're always on time, friendly, and most importantly HONEST. Our plumber today was Chris T and he was amazing. We had been told by Best Buy that out washer and dryer couldn't be replaced because our valves needed to be replaced. Chris took a look and got them turning. They didn't even charge us either!! Such great service and an honesty- I'll always use Scott English.

I am a very happy returning customer. Over the last few months I've hired Scott English Plumbing for several separate jobs. Each completed by Michael Whelan and assisted by Art. Every step from booking appointments through their front office, receiving reasonable quotes which were honored without any surprise additions to job completion and cleanup has been consistently exceptional. Giving them extra stars for how quick they normally are compared to other plumbers on getting someone over.

However, removing stars because I've had to have them come over 3 times or so for the same issue in the last six months and even more in the last year. I understand pipes are old but I feel like something must not be getting done thoroughly enough. And of course at 275 bucks a pop for that, it isn't cheap. Also, I had to have them just fix the drain in the kitchen sink of my rental property. Over 500 bucks for that.

So you can absolutely expect to be charged a high amount with this plumbing company.

I have the idea that their plumbers are kind of contracters in a way and the higher they charge the bigger their cut after Scott English gets theirs. So I think that is driving up prices compared to other companies. I could be wrong though.

Hi call this company to book an appointment. They gave me a window from 10 to 1. I stayed home from work and waited for them to come. They ended up no showing. I did not get a courtesy call or anything.

The copper pipe in the attic leaked and I need it urgently taken care of. My condominium association contacted Scott's English Plumbing. Shane showed up after 10:30 pm to clamp the leaking pipe. Later on they came back in the morning to replace the corroded coper pipe. Shane was the same technician who came the first time and the second time to finish off the job. Coreen showed up the second round to assist Shane. They both did a great job and are very professional about it. Both are pleasant and friendly and very informative when I asked them questions related to the issues at hands. They finished the job quickly and smoothly. You are in good hands if Shane and Coreen happens to be your repair men for the day.

Very unorganized, poor communication, give an estimate of $270 for a very small Job , i accepted, waited 5 weeks for the job to be done , then said we ordered the wrong part , will come back , sent someone with different estimate , Scott refused to answer my call because it is 5:30 pm and he is off , next day never called back , until now the Job never been done.
Will never trust him or use him again.

Extremely honest! I thought I had to have a new and larger drainpipe for a washing machine installed but Hasan did not think that would be necessary and just that the pipe needed snaked. As he suspected, that was the only issue resulting in a much less expensive fix. I would definitely use them again.

Never use & will not use. The guy who was dispatched to my place wanted $240 to change wax seal on toilet. Wax seal is only $10. When I refused the price, he hung up on me. Super rude!

Late Friday afternoon our garage began flooding -- placing our file cabinets, suitcases, and the like in jeopardy. At first my husband and I thought our roof was leaking from recent rainstorms ... but then we observed a narrow stream of water rising up onto the ceiling emerging from our hot water heater. Afterwards that evening, my husband phoned Scott English Plumbing and soon reached Special Dispatcher Stephanie. She immediately arranged an ""after hours"" appointment for Saturday morning ... and then Scott English Plumbing Technician Michael W. arrived at the exact scheduled time.
Michael W. promptly began a highly-professional examination taking photographs of all the piping around our hot water heater. He quickly discovered a pinhole leak in the outgoing copper supply line. Then he promptly shut our water off, drained our system, and installed two new braided supply lines. Finally, he tested everything and now -- just hours later -- our garage floor has dried out and our hot water supply throughout our house is actually hot when we desire it.
