Scheduled an appointment and not only did they not show up for the appointment, they didn't answer my repeated phone calls or texts when I was trying to get ahold of them. It is extra frustrating because I have to coordinate water shut off for my entire building and had a limited time window. I also took the day off of work for this appointment, which is a whole other level of frustration. I had used Scott English before and had a positive experience years ago. Not sure what happened, mostly because they never picked up my call or called me back to explain. Very disappointing. Luckily, another plumber was in the complex and handled the problem in 30 minutes.

Steer clear. Irresponsible plumbing service. Won't show up when scheduled and does not even extend the courtesy of canceling. Took off work to wait for crew who never showed and never bothered to call. Customer service needs overhaul. Don't waste your time. Look elsewhere.

The water pressure in my mom's house was extremely low. Silvano assessed the issue corrected and fixed not only the low pressure but also noticed that we had a leak. that was causing issues in the kitchen he fixed that as well. Great service, efficient and knowledgeable. Highly recommend

We have used Scott English Plumbing for over 20 years. They never disappoint.
Today Walt and Alex checked under our kitchen sink for a small leak that occurs periodically. They found the problem right away and fixed it!!m Fabulous job once again!

I called this company for service on my water heater. I paid a $100 deposit by CC to the technician, signed and completed the transaction. He ( who was so cocky and unprofessional, said unless I paid the $100 deposit he wouldn't come back once the part I paid for myself arrived) he said he might be ""busy"" with other clients and smiled. It was explained that it was a free estimate but it definitely didn't feel free. He constantly elevated the price of the service according to ""what he may find"" which I understand is standard practice but it felt like a shakedown.

I paid the remainder of the balance again by CC once the work was done but I received an email stating that I still owed the $100. They have repeatedly emailed me asking for money . Be very wary dealing with this company and their ""free estimates "" .

Use this company at your own peril! I hired and paid this company $3,650.77 to replace an existing propane attached water heater along with replacing a shower valve. They replaced the water heater with a gas water heater instead which caused a build up of carbon monoxide that resulted in my tenants son to collapse and need to be rushed to hospital. He and his son had elevated blood levels of carbon monoxide. Multiple calls and emails to Scott English plumbing have not been returned. They are unprofessional and/or incompetent with NO CUSTOMER SERVICE when anything goes wrong. They just ignore you. Good luck using them and getting any if there work warrantied or even a response to a complaint. They have kept all my money paid to them and I had to pay another company to fix their screw up! When you file a claim against their bond then you get a letter back saying there are other claims against their contractors bond too so there are no funds to pay you. I can't describe how horrible this experience has been and they don't even care that they almost killed people with their incompetence.

Daniel was fantastic! He under-promised and over delivered! I would use him again any day of the week. He was a really likeable guy as well, who went out of his way for us.
