We had a leak in our bathroom, and thankfully, we found Scott Cole Plumbing! I spoke to the owner, Scott, and explained our situation. He dispatched his crew asap as we were advised by our tenants of a potential leaking pipe. He explained several options and provided recommendations and helped find a clear and reasonable path moving forward to get our homes leaking pipe repaired. The work began the following day, as our concern was to keep our tenants from being displaced due to having the water turned off. My tenants were extremely satisfied with how professional his crew performed. Anthony, the project lead who I was in direct communication with throughout the entire project, was very patient, supportive, and responsive. I expressed my concern of time it would take to get leak repaired and water turned back on, and Scott Cole Plumbing dispatched more workers to help speed up the process for my tenants. They did a very thorough, clean, and solid job. My tenants expressed gratitude for everyone moving so quickly with the repairs. We used Scott and his crew today for the second time and couldn't be happier! The first occasion was for a slab leak at our rental property in Chino Hills. After the initial diagnosis and very reasonable repair estimate, Scott gave us options for a more extensive re-pipe that would save future headaches. Because of the excellent value Scott's company could provide, we were able to set ourselves up to be trouble-free for at least two decades with that property and at a price that worked within our budget. Today at our primary home in Fullerton, I noticed a wet wall and carpet, along with the sound of water bubbling behind our shower wall. I called Scott (who literally answers the phone himself every time I call!) and amazingly, less than two hours from my call, our leak was fixed for an outstanding price. He also helped us start the process with a restoration company to fix the damage caused by the leak. As a landlord and homeowner, having professionals who are available quickly and do top quality work at a fair price are incredibly valuable. It's a great comfort to have found Scott Cole Plumbing after so many other companies have fallen well short of our needs.
