I called Scott regarding a leak in my dining room. Sent Anthony and Ruben out quickly to my house. They fixed my leak and Ruben did a great job with the dry wall. Anthony and Ruben replaced my aging water heater.
I had a problem with the new water heater. Not the installation but a problem with the water heater. They responded quickly and came out to replace it.
Also they did a great job with replacing my bathroom faucets.
Always polite and arrived on time.
Always cleaned up. A big plus is texting me back. Very patient with their job at task and explained everything to me.

We had a leak in our bathroom, and thankfully, we found Scott Cole Plumbing! I spoke to the owner, Scott, and explained our situation. He dispatched his crew asap as we were advised by our tenants of a potential leaking pipe. He explained several options and provided recommendations and helped find a clear and reasonable path moving forward to get our homes leaking pipe repaired. The work began the following day, as our concern was to keep our tenants from being displaced due to having the water turned off. My tenants were extremely satisfied with how professional his crew performed. Anthony, the project lead who I was in direct communication with throughout the entire project, was very patient, supportive, and responsive. I expressed my concern of time it would take to get leak repaired and water turned back on, and Scott Cole Plumbing dispatched more workers to help speed up the process for my tenants.
