Scott Cole Plumbing was outstanding and professional. I had multiple issues regarding my toilet. Kohler kept giving me bad information and horrible troubleshooting ideas. Ultimately, I ended up purchasing a new one and having it installed. The service and professionalism by Scott and Steve were outstanding. They were quick to respond and gave me a quick appointment. All toilet issues have now been resolved and we are happy customers.

Got a $600+ gas bill Yikes!. Thought I had a gas leak. called Scott Cole Plumbing. He sent a man out. turns out it was another slab leak ugh!. that was draining my hot water heater, causing the burner to run continuously. Also had another slab leak on the cold side. He gave me the option of fixing them with no guarantee that another might occur later in another spot (common in my area; neighbors have had 4+) or a total house repipe with a lifetime warranty. I chose the repipe. Two days later, a crew of about 9 showed up, covered everything, cut a lot of holes in my walls, ran new pex piping and they were done in a day. Next day, the drywall people came and patched it all up. Beautiful job all around. Can't even see where the holes were. Couldn't be happier. Got my hot water back. Got my pressure back. And my gas and water bills will return to normal. Plus, all new shutoff valves under the sinks and toilets and new hose bibs front and back. Also put new mixer valves on the showers and tubs. Used to be that I dreaded calling a plumber. But after calling Scott Cole, I feel like I have a good resource for any of my plumbing needs. I trust Scott Cole Plumbing to provide very professional service and competitive pricing. Highly recommended!

Scott provided the quote right away for repiping my whole house and price was so good. Other company estimates was higher and it was not included the patching job but Scott's price included the patching by the professionals. Piping was done in one day and patching done on second day. It was very quick and no more worrying about another leaking. Clean up was very professional! Even cleaned my garage. Job was done exactly as Scott said and no hidden coast or additional charges. Scott checked with me several times to making sure I was happy with the job. I highly recommend Scott.

Buyer beware. He farmers his services out to other plumbers. I called him at 8am. Scott was very nice over the phone. He told me he will be out between 10a to noon. Recieved a phone call around 10a from Ryan Dodson. He told me he had 3 other jobs and be there between 2 to 3p. Ryan ask me several questions over the phone. I told him it smelt like sewage! and was running in my garage and out side. When he arrived at 2p he looked at the problem and told me I need a hydrojet clean out. He didn't that on his truck and had to call another person to see if they could help me. If not he could do the job on Monday. I took the day off work to get this problem resolved.
Yes the information is true. He trying not to ruin his rating. The way I found out Ryan had his on plumbing company was because he told me.

Jose Martinez was our Scott plumbing plumber. We couldn't have asked for a nicer, more competent person. Jose explained what needed to be done and showed me pictures of other jobs he had completed using the same procedure. He replaced our on/off control for our shower and replaced the shower head so it was higher. The shower looks amazing now. It REALLY ungraded the look of the whole bathroom. He carefully explained the quote for the work and did not pressure us. He returned as scheduled with the parts that were needed and got to work. It was a hot, humid day today and he was working hard in a very small room, but he kept at it with no complaints and did a beautiful job! We couldn't be happier! Thank you Jose!

I just want to thank scott plumbing for a great job! I had to have my tankless water heater cleaned and they came and did a great job. I was really worried that they would try to sell me something, up sell or just try taking advantage. But they didn't! They came and did the job and were super nice and professional.
