Call on Friday to schedule an appointment for Monday was told the plumber would be there between 12pm and 4pm and would call when he was on his way by 4:30pm had to call them to fine out the plumber was running late told them to cancel the appointment they had a 4 hour window and all they had to was call me to let me know but not even word from them like my time doesn't even matter very poor SERVICE and COMMUNICATION a simple phone all it would have took BAD BUSINESS

I called Schrader Plumbing after reading the positive reviews regarding a sewer line issue. Roberto was efficient, polite and never tried to out talk or up-sell me...he gave me honest advice (even for work they were not going to perform) and what I feel like is a fair quote when it's time to replace the line. As a woman, I'm always so paranoid that I'm going to be given the run around but Roberto was awesome and honest. He made sure I was seeing and understanding everything and was very thorough. I also appreciated that they sent a text message with a photo of the plumber that was going to be arriving; it definitely gave me a sense of security. Scheduling the appointment was easy; I filled out the form online on a Sunday night and they called me early the next morning.

My only complaint is that I had called the office ahead of his arrival and let them know I needed to have a camera run down the line, and possibly have it snaked. When Roberto showed up, he had to leave again to go get the camera from another plumber. It just wasn't efficient...but if that's my only complaint, I'll take it.

No one wants to make a plumbing call right at the holidays, but this company and tech were definitely worth the call. James Tuck came out and was extremely thorough, professional and polite. Our double sinks were clogged so bad they weren't draining at all. My husband is pretty handy and snaked the line but couldn't get it. Grateful James fixed it, and it's draining like it did when we first built our home. He took the time to explain everything to us, and we won't hesitate to call and even request him to come out if we have any further plumbing needs. You've got a great company and great employees!! And Thank you Hope, great service from you as well, setting up appointment was painless:)

The drains in the back bathrooms were really slow. We were expecting a houseful of family for the holidays, so we called Schrader out to check it out. It turns out that the clog cleared on its on after a little plunging. James was courteous and thorough looking into it and ended up not charging us. We are very happy with the service call and results.

James Tuck and all the members of the Schrader plumbing organization are AMAZING! I called Schrader Plumbing on Saturday afternoon after another plumber had "fixed" the clogged drain line unsuccessfully. My stress level was at an all time high and this company completely eased my mind and solved my problems with honesty and integrity!! They sent text messages with ETA updates and even sent me a picture of James before he arrived. (Amazing security feature!!) James worked diligently for several hours on Saturday evening to get my lines cleaned out enough to allow me to stay in my home through the remainder of the weekend. After he left, the owner John Schrader, called me to reassure me that the overall repair would be completed on Monday morning! What great customer service! The four foot deep, root clogged lines were exposed in an efficient and professional manner, repaired and completely fixed today! Throughout the entire process the team from Schrader, most especially James Tuck, kept me informed and updated. I can not say enough wonderful things about this company and James Tuck!!

Schrader was one of the first companies to respond to my Yelp inquiry. They set up an appointment within a few days at a convenient time. Roberto was amazing; I told him about the issues I was having and he immediately fixed two of the problems and then gave me a quote for my larger jobs. He was able to complete the work quickly and efficiently. Everyone at Schrader was pleasant and professional. I'll be contacting them for all of my future plumbing needs.

We were scheduled for an appointment today between 8-10am and they never showed. Called their office and they somehow didn't put us on their schedule. Rearranged my whole day for them to come to my house. Major inconvenience.

WOW am I impressed! Schrader went out of their way to make me a satisfied customer. There was some miscommunication with the first plumber and Schrader brought me a new toilet and installed it at no charge, they also installed a new tub faucet at no charge. I will use them any time I have a plumbing issue.
