Matt came out to clear our sewer line. After giving us several options for possible fixes, pricing, and a detailed description of the services he could perform, he quickly resolved our issue. I moved into a new place and needed to replace a garbage disposal. I called Schrader Plumbing and was told there were no available appointments till the next week. Star (I hope I have the name correct) offered to call if there was a cancellation. Within 30 minutes I received a call from Star letting me know Matt was available to evaluate my concern. Matt was great! No only was he very knowledgeable about plumbing but he was also GREAT with customer service. I feel that I received an excellent service in a timely manner for a fair price. I will not hesitate to use Schrader Plumbing in the future!

Called about a shower drain odor. Two guys came out, looked at drain and gave me a quote to clean it. However, they showed me how to do it myself instead. They didn't even charge me for coming out. Enough said.

Busted water heater in the middle of the night. Called early in the morning and they had someone out that morning and had the new water heater installed. In fact we had them replace our other water heater as well. They were kind and were willing to deal with our pickiness. Quality work and clean up. I've starred Schrader Plumbing in my address book.
