DR in Dallas, call them and know you will receive quality work from a knowledgeable plumber. Cheap plumbers are just that...they can give a false quote at first and find another issue to raise the price. Straight business!

I'd been having a problem with my weak flushing toilet for over a year now. Pulled the toilet and saw nothing but roots. Called a few plumbers...most told me I had a break and they didn't want to do the work. Unreal. I even scheduled with a plumber for a week out appt. He no called - no showed on me after leaving work from Denton an hour early. I decided to call Schrader plumbing and they worked me in SAME DAY within 4hrs...so awesome! And to my surprise...no break, just roots grown over non-sealed flange. Rafeal was informative and walked me thru our options. I'll be leaving my DIY plumbing to the experts from now on! Brad came out to fix one of the issues that we've been consistently having with our plumbing. After speaking with him and giving him a good understanding of what has been happening and he went out of his at to figure out the actual issues and then fix the issue. These people are great! They responded to my quote within 30 minutes. We set up a time for them to come out and give me a bid. The tech. arrived on time and I explained what needed to be done and what I wanted. He was very professional and detailed out what and how he would to accomplishment everything. The quote was in line with 2 other companies, but he came across the most professional and easy to work with.

Schrader called me the morning they were coming out and said the tech. was on his way. He removed and replaced both of the washing machine faucets, water heater faucet and both outside faucets and unplugged a tub drain in about 3 hours.

Will use them again and highly recommend.
