Called about a shower drain odor. Two guys came out, looked at drain and gave me a quote to clean it. However, they showed me how to do it myself instead. They didn't even charge me for coming out. Enough said.

Busted water heater in the middle of the night. Called early in the morning and they had someone out that morning and had the new water heater installed. In fact we had them replace our other water heater as well. They were kind and were willing to deal with our pickiness. Quality work and clean up. I've starred Schrader Plumbing in my address book. I have used Schrader Plumbing several times, couple times last year, and just recent he fixed the plumbing that another contract messed up in my remodel of my bathroom.

After reviewing our problem, John Schrader (the owner) went out of his way to explain the issue to not only me, but also my friend from my home town who is a plumber. My friend said John's diagnosis accurate and fee was very reasonable given the labor required and the large market we live in (Fort Worth). A Schrader technician was punctual the day of the repair and had everything addressed in half the time he originally projected. We had a great experience with Schrader Plumbing and would recommend them to our friends and family.

I highly recommend. They were on time, gave me frequent updates during the process, showed me the problem, offered solutions, did not pressure me to do more than I wanted, fixed the problem and honored the original estimate (even though they did more and spent more time than expected). A bonus was the bathroom was actually cleaner when they left!
