At 7:53, I received a call to schedule my services for today. When I spoke to the owner last night at 8:30, he said someone would call this morning and I would be leak-free this evening. He forgot to mention I'd be left feeling amazed by their customer service!

During my scheduling call, I was told someone would arrive within the hour. Less than 15 minutes later, Matt was at my door. Including a trip to Home Depot, Matt was finished less than an hour later. When he was finished, we talked a little more, then he went back to make sure I was still leak-free before asking me to sign paperwork and give payment.

As a new homeowner, they made this process easy and quick! I would absolutely recommend them!

As an added bonus, I received a picture and short bio of Matt before he arrived. Since it was just my daughter and I at home this morning, that made me feel so at ease since I knew who to expect and what he'd look like.
Also, Matt told me his plan, told me why he thought that would be best and then had another option to suggest in the event I didn't like that.


Fabulous customer service. So far, fabulous work. If this changes (which I highly doubt!), I'll update my review.

Matt came out to clear our sewer line. After giving us several options for possible fixes, pricing, and a detailed description of the services he could perform, he quickly resolved our issue. It's a busy time for plumbers right now and most would not even return my call. Schrader called me back immediately and had someone out the next day to fix my issue. I moved into a new place and needed to replace a garbage disposal. I called Schrader Plumbing and was told there were no available appointments till the next week. Star (I hope I have the name correct) offered to call if there was a cancellation. Within 30 minutes I received a call from Star letting me know Matt was available to evaluate my concern. Matt was great! No only was he very knowledgeable about plumbing but he was also GREAT with customer service. I feel that I received an excellent service in a timely manner for a fair price. I will not hesitate to use Schrader Plumbing in the future!

Called about a shower drain odor. Two guys came out, looked at drain and gave me a quote to clean it. However, they showed me how to do it myself instead. They didn't even charge me for coming out. Enough said.

Busted water heater in the middle of the night. Called early in the morning and they had someone out that morning and had the new water heater installed. In fact we had them replace our other water heater as well. They were kind and were willing to deal with our pickiness. Quality work and clean up. I've starred Schrader Plumbing in my address book. I have a plumber from now on.
