Brad was great. I called midday about a clogged kitchen sink. He was able to come that evening. He quoted a fair price in advance. The sink was stubborn and needed to be rotted several times, but he kept at it and made sure it drained properly. I was very satisfied and will definitely use him again.

I had a kitchen sink drain issue Sunday night, sent out a request 7AM Monday morning, and shortly after said he could come out in an hour. Brad showed up on-time, took a look at where the kitchen drain pipe would tie into the main one, brought his machine in and rotted the line out. He put everything back together, cleaned up the area, checked for leaks, and tested the water drain twice before leaving. Great experience with him and would call on him again next time.

The only reason I'm giving this another star than I would normally is bc of their prompt service and ability to replace the sump pump as requested. However, the man that came to our house was incredibly rude and disrespectful to my father and mother, responding with short and snarky answers to any of their questions. When asked if he could explain what he had installed and how it worked (they were alternating sump pumps), he said to ""read the manual."" This is only one example of what occurred. Although I'm glad they were able to fix it, I will look elsewhere the next time we need service. There is never any need to be condescending.

He was friendly and professional. He replaced our shower cartridge, shower head and handle. He was thorough and meticulous at his work. And he cleaned up after himself once the job was done. He asked for the amount that he quoted me prior to coming. There were no hidden charges. I found him to be honest, proficient, and professional. I will not hesitate to call on him for plumbing needs in the future.

This is the second time I got his help, which was replacing two leaky valves for the washer. The first time was back in 2021 when I got my water heater replaced. I would say his pricing was fair, and the process went very smoothly both times.

I called SBJ Plumbing for an estimate on replacing the hot and cold water pipe valves because they were leaking when turned off. It was not urgent, but I planned to replace the washer in the coming weeks, so fixing the leaky valves was a no-brainer.

I got on the phone with Brad, and he asked me to send him a photo of the valves. After a few minutes, he texted me the estimated cost. I confirmed the price and called him the next day to schedule his visit.

On the day of arrival, Brad texted me asking if he could arrive a few minutes earlier, which worked better for me, so I confirmed, and he arrived just in time. It only took a few minutes for him to figure out how to proceed. He did have to take a few trips to Menards to get the right parts, but it took him just over an hour to complete his work from start to finish. He cleaned up nicely afterward and explained what he did to fix the issue. I was able to pay the exact initial estimated price via Zelle, and it was a simple and smooth process overall.

Brad is an awesome, down-to-earth person to work with, and I would definitely recommend SBJ Plumbing to anyone looking to replace their water heaters or get their valves replaced!
