Amazing overall experience! We had a slight leak in our basement and was not sure what the problem was or the solution to fix. Brad quickly responded to my message on Yelp and even offered to stop by that same day. Brad showed up within the 2 hour time frame of our promised time and even brought his own shoe covers (yay to keeping our house clean!)

Brad is very friendly and was very accommodating to our personal requests (no cats allowed in the basement). He quickly diagnosed the issue, provided us with a list of solution options and very reasonable quotes. We went with a quick fix and Brad was able to finish the job within an hour? (maybe even less).

He accepts electronic payment methods and everything was so quick and easy. If we ever have any other plumbing issues (crossing my fingers that we don't), I'm definitely calling Brad again! Thank you!

Let me start by saying his pricing is average. I needed someone to change my water heater and his cost was in line with other quotes I had received. I hired Brad because he was refereed to me from a relative that had hired him for some work.

During that job, Brad also noticed leaking from a water handle from my washing machine. We also got a quote for that job too. Again, his pricing was average on that job too.

Let me start off with the good....

1) Brad responded every time I texted him or had a question.
2) Brad came on time and always let me know when he was arriving, if he
was running late.
3) Brad was easy to talk too and he does keep you informed.
4) My bathroom was not filling up with water, so Brad changed the flapper
at no charge.

Here was the bad....

1) Before he started on the water heater I asked him if he would like some
help bringing down the old water heater or bringing up the new one. we
have 10-12 stairs and I'm always worried about the walls on each side.
Brad didn't want any help so I left him. Apparently, while bringing the
water heater down (this is what he told me when I saw him the next day
for the second part of the job) he lost it a little and scrapped our wall on
one side. The sad part was he didn't even let us know we saw it after he
left. I had to run out and get some paint and repaint the different
spots. because water and a rag wasn't an option since we had it painted
with flat paint. He did apologize!

2) Job number two....he came out to change the washing machine handles
since the one was leaking. He mentioned ""we should change both"" which
made a lot of sense. The job took him about 45 minutes and then he left.
When I went to inspect his work I saw he had two different handles
installed I then called him and his reply was ""those were the only two
handles he had in the car and he should had asked me first if it was ok""
ARE YOU KIDDING! I told him I hired a plumber not a handyman. Anyway,
he did come back the next day and put 2 of the same handles on.

Overall I just think Brad didn't have his best day with my job and it
wouldn't stop me from using him again.

The faucet on my kitchen sink began to leak. So, I ordered a new professional grade 'Pfister' pull down faucet. It arrived on a Wednesday and SBJ Plumbing (Brad) was able to come out and install it for me on Saturday morning. He was very friendly and courteous. The whole thing took about an hour. I was very impressed with the low, competitive rate that was charged. $225 for the whole installation and free haul away of the old, leaky Faucet.

Brad was great. I had a leaking water shut off valve for the fridge and he came right over the same day and fixed it. He completely cut out the old crappy valve and put a new quarter turn valve in it's place. The work looks quality and he was very easy to work with. Thanks SBJ!

Brad responded my messaged within minutes after I send out request on Yelp. He offered to come the next day morning to fix our slow kitchen drain.
He showed up promptly on a Saturday morning with face covering and shoe covers. he asked couple questions to identify the problems before the work. We ended up doing the rodding and found the blockage is actually 20ft down our kitchen sink.
He completed all the work within one hour and the price was fair compare to other estimate we get. He also spot some issue on our existing plumbing (that the previous homeowner did) and made some suggestions. Brad is super friendly and professional and I will definitely recommend him.
