Having a hard time to secure his service this time.
I assume he is extremely busy but tonight I didn't get a call back as promised. It is too unfortunate since I was planning to ask for more extensive house repair work in the near future.
Oh well, I move on.

I needed to have a shower arm removed so that I could attach a new filter to the shower head. Though today was a special Sunday (Mother's Day), Sam immediately came to our house and resolved the issue swiftly.
Sam is very professional with abundant knowledge and experience - he earned my trust along with all the positive reviews on yelp.
I am so glad that I found his company and plan to send more work his way many more years to come. Thank you, Sam!

Can't recommend these guys highly enough -- my deadbolt mechanism broke while I was outside, leaving me twisting and turning the key to no avail. Sam showed up promptly (quicker than expected, even), and was fully prepared to do the job -- even with zero light to work with, as the outside lights were off.

Sam and crew did an amazing job installing my plantation shutters. They built a custom frame that perfectly aligned the shutters. Extremely detailed oriented. When we had a lot of maintenance issues pile up at our apartment, Sam and his team were able to tackle all issues, such as electrical with a ceiling light, clogged shower drain, and a full sink replacement. Communication was easy as well to stay updated on the progress when I was not home.

Sam and his guys did an amazing job repairing my living room wall that was damaged because of a water leak. I was a bit skeptical at first, because I knew that repairing a flat wall is not as easy task and not every repair man can do a nice job. It's a lot easier to cover the seams with a texture. It required a lot more sanding and patience from them to get the wall as flat and smooth as before. It all came out nice at the end and you couldn't tell that the wall was patched.

In addition, Sam was very honest, responsive and made sure that we're satisfied with the outcome. I also liked that they did a clean job and made sure the dust doesn't spread all over the apartment. Will definitely work with them again in the feature.

Our Property Manager organized Sam to repair a window latch and screen as well as the shower head. He arrived 5 minutes early this morning which is amazing. Then he proceeded to repair the window, replace the shower head, and also repair 5 other windows that had the same problem. Of course I had to let our prop mgr know which he respectfully asked me to do so he can get credit and the scheduling works since he is used for all 12 units in our building.

When he left he asked me to try the shower to make sure. I thought it was fine. But he noticed it leaking between the neck and the new attachment. After several false starts where, honestly, if he'd called it good I wouldn't have known the difference, he used teflon tape (who knew) and voila. He has an assistant who is equally professional. They cleaned up and replaced furniture also. I actually look forward to his next visit because I trust him.

If you have any plumbing issues, such as any type of leaks, faucet, shower or toilet issues, big or small, Sam is the person to call! He knows how to fix anything, especially plumbing problems. I never had any problems reaching him and he is always on time... Very reliable. He does a very professional job and is honest as well!
