During a garbage disposal installation, the piping that connected from my p trap to the disposal was stripped due to age. Wally responded right away, gave a fair and honest quote, arrived the next day within the appointment window, and quickly repaired the issue after explaining everything carefully. I was thoroughly impressed by his knowledge and professionalism. He even offered to help me move anything heavy I needed to be moved because I was in the process of rearranging furniture.

After receiving multiple vague quotes, Save plumbing was direct and had same day appointment and he was cordial, friendly with pets and did job perfectly with a new Moen faucet that I supplied. Some of the other businesses would not install client supplied parts. His services were so good that I even had him replace few outdoor faucets. I needed to have a sewer line blockage snaked because one of my bathrooms was having issues draining. Wally came, ran a snake machine 90 ft & cleared the blockage.

Some weeks later I had the same issue, but this time both bathrooms were affected. Wally came out again and cleared the blockage again, no more issues. Turned out the problem was my tenants were flushing way too much toilet paper down the toilet, along with other items that should not be flushed. Wally took the time to educate the tenants. He also decided not to charge me anything, which I appreciated.

We had a problem with a toilet handle that was difficult to flush-- we could barely move it downward to operate it. I decided to try Save Plumbing for the first time and am extremely satisfied with the service. Wally was prompt with taking my inquiry and booking an appointment. He arrived within the hour promised, texting me an ETA as he got closer. He was friendly, professional and his price was competitive. As far as the repair work, he said that the quality of our toilet is very good, it's definitely a keeper. He just needed to replace the old parts with brand new ones inside the tank. It's been a few days now, and the toilet is flushing great! I will call him again for future plumbing services.
